Nita Anderson, of Fultondale, went to be with her Savior on Monday, April 9, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Carlo; her son, Galen; and granddaughter, Lacey.

Nita was a blessing to her family, church, friends and community. To know her was to love her.

She is survived by her son, Gary; daughters-in-law, Sarah Bounds Anderson and Rita Anderson Lippeatt. She also left three grandsons and five great-grandchildren, who all adore her. She is terribly missed by all.

Services will be on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Walker Chapel United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. The service will begin at 3 p.m. with interment to follow at Walker Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Roy Williams and Rev. Ron Gonia will be officiating.
