Josh Walker and Mark Williamson each went 4-for-4 with three RBIs. Walker drove in two runs with a triple, while Williamson did the same with a double. Jack Robbins and Bill Cody Boshell each belted doubles as well.

The victory puts Corner a game away from securing a Class 4A playoff spot; they need to defeat the Lions in the first game of a scheduled doubleheader at Haleyville on Friday, otherwise the second game will determine who moves on to the post-season.
