• 3/19: Burglary, theft of property (cellular phones) and criminal mischief was reported at Main Street

• 3/19: Theft of property (motor vehicle) was reported at the 500 block of Main Street

• 3/20: Theft of property (lawn equipment) was reported at Dogwood Street

• 3/20: Making a false report to law enforcement authority was reported at Main Street

• 3/20: Assault in the third degree was reported at Willow Bend Drive

• 3/20: Burglary, theft of property (tools and construction equipment) and criminal mischief was reported at Brookwood Court

Gardendale Arrests

• 3/21: A Gardendale woman, 71, was arrested at Main Street on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument

• 3/21: A Gardendale man, 30, was arrested at Sardis Grove Road on charges of burglary in the third degree

• 3/22: A Gardendale woman, 44, was arrested at Gardendale City jail on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument

• 3/23: A Crawfordville, Florida man, 41, was arrested at Homewood on charges of theft of property in the third degree

• 3/25: A Fultondale man, 47, was arrested at Decatur Highway on charges of driving under the influence

• 3/19: Found property (black canvas wallet) was reported at Decatur Highway

• 3/19: Simple assault was found at the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Circle

• 3/19: Theft was reported at Five Mile Creek Road

• 3/18: Simple assault was reported at Fultondale Elementary School

• 3/18: Passing a counterfeit object was reported at Decatur Highway

• 3/21: Burglary was reported at 32nd Street

• 3/21: Simple family assault was reported at Walker Chapel Circle

• 3/21: Domestic incident was reported at Chapel Creek Way

• 3/22: Shoplifting was reported at Lowery Parkway

• 3/22: Negotiating a worthless instrument was reported at Lowery Parkway

• 3/22: Illegal possession and use of a credit/debit card was reported at Sayers Road

• 3/23: Deceptive business practices was reported at an undisclosed location in Fultondale

• 3/24: Pull in/suspected stolen vehicle was reported at the 1400 block of Leora Avenue

• 3/24: Theft (non-precious metals) was reported at Leora Avenue

WARRIOR ARRESTS

• 3/23: A Warrior man was arrested for hindering the apprehension of an escapee and making false statements to police in the 9000 block of E. Commercial Ave.

• 3/23: A Warrior man was arrested in the 600 block of Dana Road for jumping bail.

• 3/21: A Hopehull man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and wreckless driving near the 284 Exit of Interstate 65 North.

WARRIOR INCIDENTS

• 3/23: Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of Mimost St.

• 3/20: A cell phone valued at $800 was reported stolen from the 700 block of Cherokee Trail.

• 3/20: An attempted suicide was reported in the 200 block of Louisville Ave. The victim was treated by fire department paramedics then transported to a hospital.
