Janet Conner, age 80, of Republic, (formerly of Montgomery), passed away February 14, 2012. A loving wife and mother, she will be missed by her friends and family. Mrs. Conner was an active member of Republic Baptist Church.

Mrs. Conner is survived by her husband of 59 years, Chuck Conner; her son, Mike Conner; her daughter-in-law, Tammy Conner; and her grandchildren, Shane Conner, Jeremy Conner and Rachel Conner.

A funeral service was held Friday, February 17, 2012 at Gardendale Funeral Home with burial to follow at Bivens Chapel Cemetery. Reverend Gary Moore officiated.
