• 8/31: A Gardendale man, 35, was arrested at the 100 block of Belcher Hill Road on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance
• 9/1: A Warrior man, 24, was arrested at the 100 block of Cain Creek Road in Warrior on charges of negotiating with a worthless instrument
• 9/2: A Midfield man, 27, was arrested at the 1700 block of Decatur Hwy. on charges of robbery 1st
• 9/2: A Warrior woman, 36, was arrested at the 900 block of Odum Road on charges of theft of property 3rd.
• 9/2: A Birmingham man, 49, was arrested at the 300 block of Fieldstown Road on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing justice using a false identity
• 9/2: A Birmingham man, 42, was arrested at the 800 block of Main Street on charges of public intoxication
• 9/4: A Hooper City man, 46, was arrested at the 267 exit of Interstate 65 on charges of theft of property 3rd
• 9/4: A Birmingham man, 59, was arrested at the 4100 block of 1st Ave. North in Birmingham on charges of negotiating with a worthless instrument
• 9/6: A Jasper woman, 42, was arrested at the 800 block of Richard Arrington, Jr. Boulevard in Birmingham on charges of theft of property 3rd
