The Morris City Council addressed complaints in Tuesday night’s meeting that not everyone who purchased photo packages got their sessions.

F&R Funding has worked with the department for some time to sell portrait packages to the public, with the department getting a percentage of sales. The photos were shot at city hall, but some customers have complained that the photographer left before everyone could be served.

The council also addressed problems concerning paving of roads in the new Overbrook subdivision. Developers have yet to apply the final top seal to the roads to bring them up to proper specifications, before they are turned over to the city for maintenance. Drummonds said that all lots in the subdivision have now been sold, and that the city is working with the contractor on a schedule for the final work.
