• 5/12: A Trussville man, 40, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft 3rd

• 5/13: A Hanceville woman, 39, was arrested at Fieldstown Road on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia

• 5/13: A Birmingham man, 46, was arrested at Fieldstown Road on charges of criminal impersonation

• 5/14: A Warrior woman, 39, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft 3rd

• 5/16: A Gardendale woman, 46, was arrested at the 100 block of Tarrant Road on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol

• 5/17: A Hayden woman, 28, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft 3rd

GARDENDALE INCIDENTS

• 5/11: Burglary 3rd and theft of property 2nd (prescription drugs) was reported at the 600 block of Meadow Lane

• 5/11: Theft 3rd (vehicle parts and accessories) was reported at Walmart

• 5/12: Theft of property 2nd (credit/debit cards, “I love Jesus” car tag) was reported at the 900 block of Main Street

• 5/12: Possession of a controlled substance was reported at Walmart

• 5/12: Burglary 3rd and theft of property 2nd (televisions, game console)

• 5/12: Theft 3rd (food, alcohol) was reported at Walmart

• 5/12: Burglary 3rd and theft of property 2nd (electronics, computer) was reported at the 400 block of Foxglove Trail

• 5/13: Giving false identification to a law enforcement officer and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/13: Making a false report to law enforcement authority and driving while license revoked was reported at the intersection of Tarrant Road and Skelton Avenue

• 5/14: Theft 3rd (various merchandise) was reported at Walmart

• 5/14: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft 3rd (identity documents, suitcase) was reported at the 900 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/15: Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported at the 3700 block of Magnolia Court

• 5/15: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle (purse, wallet, identifiction documents, paycheck, debit card) was reported at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/16: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported at the 300 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/16: Reckless driving was reported at the 800 block of Main Street

• 5/16: Theft of property 2nd (jewelry, video game console, electronics) was reported at the 400 block of Willow Bend Drive

• 5/17: Theft of property 1st (automobile) was reported at the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/17: Theft 3rd was reported at the 200 block of Dooley Road

• 5/17: Theft 3rd (merchandise) was reported at Walmart

• 5/17: Theft of property 2nd (Wallet) was reported at the 300 block of Jamestown Manor Drive Circle

FULTONDALE ARRESTS

• 5/15: A Homewood man, 21, was arrested at exit 266 of Interstate 65 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol

• 5/16: A Fultondale man, 53, was arrested at the intersection of 33rd street and 57th Avenue on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance

• 5/17: A Birmingham man, 42, was arrested at the Fultondale City Jail on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia

FULTONDALE INCIDENTS

• 5/11: Theft of firearms (rifle) was reported at city hall

• 5/11: Shoplifting (beer) was reported at Shell

• 5/12: Sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old and enticing a child for immoral purposes was reported at the 3200 block of Stouts Road

• 5/13: Shoplifting (alcohol) was reported at the 1700 block of Decatur Hwy.

• 5/13: Theft of services and miscellaneous theft (payroll checks, telecommunication services) was reported at the 600 block of Decatur Hwy.

• 5/13: Shoplifting (trading cards) was reported at the 3400 block of Lowery Parkway

• 5/14: Theft (cash) was reported at the 1400 block of 5th Avenue

• 5/16: Automobile theft was reported at the 900 block of Old Decatur Hwy.

• 5/16: Shoplifting (belt) was reported at Bama Fever

• 5/17: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property (tools) was reported at Lowes

WARRIOR ARRESTS

• 5/12: A Warrior man, 49, was arrested in Warrior on charges of negotiating with a worthless instrument

• 5/15: A Warrior man, 22, was arrested at Arkadelphia Road on charges of public intoxication
