FULTONDALE ARRESTS

• 4/29: A Birmingham man, 30, was arrested at Ellard Road on charges of theft

A Gardendale man, 52, was arrested at the 900 block of Decatur Hwy. on charges of theft by deception 3rd

• 4/30: A Fultondale man, 60, was arrested a tthe 600 block of 1st Street on charges of deceptive business practices (TJ Repairs)

• 4/30: Domestic violence was reported at the 4300 block of Church Lane in Birmingham

• 5/3: A Birmingham woman, 47, was arrested in Birmingham on charges of giving false identification to law enforcement

• 5/3: A Fultondale man, 51, was arrested at the State Trooper Office in Birmingham on charges of theft of property

• 4/27: Assault with a weapon was reported at the 2100 block of Fulton Road

• 4/29: Burglary (video game console, video games, television, portable DVD player) was reported at the 900 block of Decatur Hwy.

• 4/29: Theft of article from an automobile was reported at the 600 block of Decatur Hwy.

• 4/30: Theft from a residence (air conditioning units) was reported at the 3500 block of Burlington Drive

• 4/30: Theft of an article from an automobile (speakers) was reported at the 3400 block of Lowery Parkway

• 4/30: Counterfeit money was reported at McDonalds

• 4/29: Theft (copper wire) was reported at the 900 block of Decatur Hwy.

• 4/29: Theft (clothes drier) was reported 1300 6th Avenue

• 5/1: Theft (battery, battery cables, pump) was reported at the landfill

• 5/2: Theft (cell phone) was reported at the 3500 block of Decatur Hwy.

• 5/2: Theft from yards (lawnmower) was reported at the 2700 block of Nelda Circle

• 5/3: Burglary (video game console, television) was reported at the 100 block of Main Street

• 5/3: Automobile theft was reported at the 3000 block of Whispering Pines

WARRIOR ARRESTS

• 4/27: A Warrior man, age unknown, was arrested at the intersection of Dana Road and Sky Lane on charges of public intoxication

• 4/27: A Birmingham man, age unknown, was arrested at the 600 block of Pecan Street on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and harassment

• 4/28: A Vance woman, 21, was arrested at the intersection of Asberry Road and Trafford Road on charges of public intoxication and ulawful possession of prescription drugs

• 4/28: An overdose was reported at the 50 block of Helen Street

• 4/28: Attempted arson was reported at the 300 block of Brake Street

• 5/2: A road hazard was reported at the 100 block of Beckham Circle

• 5/3: Burglary (refrigerator) was reported at the 800 block of Ballard Trail
