GARDENDALE ARRESTS
• 2/17: A Gardendale man, 31, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property 3rd
• 2/17: A Gardendale man, 39, was arrested at Full House bar on charges of driving under the influence
• 2/20: A Birmingham man, 29, was arrested at the 700 block of Decatur Highway on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia
• 2/21: A Birmingham man, 19, was arrested at the 300 block of Cliff Road on charges of burglary
GARDENDALE INCIDENTS
• 2/16: Burglary and theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Johnson Street
• 2/17: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and criminal mischief was reported at the 1300 block of Mountain Lane
• 2/17: Theft of property was reported at Walmart
• 2/17: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 1300 block of Mountain Lane
• 2/17: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported at the 4400 block of Sierra Lane
• 2/18: A domestic incident was reported at the 4200 block of Hathaway Lane
• 2/18: Theft of property was reported at Walmart
• 2/18: Criminal mischief 3rd was reported at the 200 block of Chapel Ridge Place
• 2/18: Harassment was reported at the 4400 block of Willowbend Drive
• 2/18: Theft of property was reported on Chapel Ridge Parkway
• 2/19: A domestic disturbance was reported at the 2000 block of Pinehurst Drive
• 2/19: Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 300 block of Iris Drive
• 2/19: Theft of property 3rd was reported at the 400 block of Decatur Highway
• 2/19: An abandoned vehicle was reported at Gardenbrook Circle
• 2/20: Domestic violence was reported at the 1800 block of Harrison Drive
• 2/21: Burglary was reported at the 300 block of Garden Drive
• 2/21: Domestic violence was reported at the 200 block of Howard Drive
• 2/21: Burglary was reported at the 1500 block of Lakeview Avenue
• 2/21: Burglary was reported at the 200 block of Gardenview Lane
• 2/22: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported at Cracker Barrel parking lot
• 2/22: Theft of property was reported at the 200 block of Rebecca Drive
FULTONDALE ARRESTS
• 2/16: A Fultondale man, 26, was arrested at the 1200 block of Walker Chapel Road on charges of buying or receiving stolen property
• 2/17: A Gardendale man, 23, was arrested on Elm Street on charges of possession of heroin
• 2/20: A Cullman woman, 19, was arrested at Fultondale Childrens Park on charges of possession of dangerous drugs
FULTONDALE INCIDENT
• 2/16: Theft of property was reported at the 2900 block of Debra Drive
• 2/16: Harassment was reported at McDonalds
• 2/17: Theft was reported at the 900 block of Stoneybrook Lane
• 2/18: Shooting into an occupied dwelling was reported at the 700 block of Chapel Creek Lane
• 2/18: Criminal mischief and damage to private property was reported within the city limits
• 2/19: Stalking was reported at the 3300 block of Chapel Hills Parkway
• 2/19: Miscellaneous theft was reported at the 200 building on Stoneybrook Lane
• 2/19: Identity theft was reported at the 2900 block of Dave Cliff Drive
• 2/21: A recovered meth lab was reported at the 600 block of Decatur Highway
• 2/21: Theft was reported at the 900 block of Decatur Highway
• 2/21: Found property was reported at Black Creek Park
• 2/22: Simple assault was reported at the 1000 block of North Sugarberry
• 2/22: Criminal mischief was reported at Childrens Park
• 2/22: Theft of property was reported at the 1300 block of 4th Avenue
• 2/22: An out of control child was reported at the 900 block of Mountain Drive
WARRIOR ARRESTS
• 2/17: A Quinton, Ala., woman, 49, was arrested at Piggly Wiggly on charges of shoplifting
• 2/18: A Graysville woman, 18, was arrested at Fred’s on charges of shoplifting
• 2/18: A Warrior woman, no age listed, was arrested at U.S. Hwy. 31 and Elliot Drive on charges of NWNI (writing bad checks)
• 2/21: A Warrior man, 47, was arrested at the Warrior Police Department on charges of harassment
WARRIOR INCIDENTS
• 2/16: Forgery was reported at the 2000 block of Trafford Road
• 2/17: Theft of property (phone cable) was reported at Coaldale Road
• 2/17: Shoplifting (assorted drugs) was reported at Piggly Wiggly
• 2/18: Forgery was reported at an unknown location
• 2/18: Shoplifting (assorted toiletries) was reported at Fred’s
• 2/20: Criminal mischief was reported at the First Street ball park
• 2/20: Domestic violence was reported at Westwood Drive
• 2/23: Burglary 3rd and theft of property (utility trailer, auto parts, farm disc, welder) was reported at the 500 block of Old Warrior Road

• 2/17: Burglary 3rd (55-inch TV) was reported at a residence
MORRIS ARRESTS
• 2/19: A Birmingham man, 22, was arrested at US. Hwy. 31 at Bank Street on charges of manufacturing a controlled substance 1st
• 2/20: A Morris man, 37, was arrested at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road on charges of theft of property 3rd, recovery of stolen property 3rd and criminal trespass 3rd
• 2/23: A Gardendale man, 25, was arrested at US. Hwy. 31 at Morris Metro Mart on charges of possession of marijuana 2nd and violation of safe streets ordinance
MORRIS INCIDENTS
• 2/19: Theft of property 3rd (Garmin, Sony radio) and unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle was reported at the Mortimer Jordan High School football parking lot
• 2/20: Theft of property 3rd (clothing, lawn mower, bicycles and other items) and recovery of stolen property 3rd was reported at a residence
• 2/23: Possession of marijuana 2nd was reported at Hwy. 31 and Morris Metro Mart
• 2/24: Criminal littering was reported at Doss Hollow Road
• 2/24: Violation of safe streets ordinance was reported at Glennwood Road and Turkey Creek bridge
