• 1/27: A Fultondale man, 28, was arrested at the 2300 block of Decatur Highway on charges of felony drug investigation (marijuana) and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia

• 1/28: A Gardendale man, 44, was arrested at the Birmingham Police Department on two charges of violating a protection from abuse order and two charges of harassing communications

• 1/28: A Mt. Olive woman, 43, was arrested at the 90 block of Main Street on charges of NWNI (writing bad checks)

• 1/29: A Mt. Olive woman, 26, was arrested at the Adamsville City Jail on charges of theft of property 3rd and probation violation

• 1/29: A Cullman, 54, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property 3rd

• 1/30: A Tennessee woman, 25, was arrested at the 500 block of Main Street on charges of receiving stolen property

• 1/30: Harassing communications was reported at the 1300 block of Mountain Lane

• 1/30: Receiving stolen property was reported at the 500 block of Main Street

• 1/30: Criminal mischief was reported at the 700 block of Cluster Spring Road

• 1/30: Harassment was reported at Walmart

• 2/2: A house fire was reported at the 500 block of Tarrant road

• 2/2: Unauthorized breaking into a vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road

• 2/2: Unauthorized breaking into a vehicle and theft of property (checkbook, credit and debit cards) was reported at the 1000 block of Fulton Avenue

• 2/2: Theft of property (parka, BB pistol and clip, head light bulbs) was reported at Walmart

• 2/2: Theft of property 3rd (steaks) was reported at the 1000 block of Main Street

• 2/2: Theft of property (slide bracelet) was reported at the 900 block of Woodcrest Lane

• 2/2: Disorderly conduct was reported at Circle K

FULTONDALE ARRESTS

• 1/26: A Birmingham man, 29, was arrested at Target on charges of theft of property

• 1/29: A Cropwell, Ala., man, 46, was arrested at the 1300 block of Walker Chapel Road on charges of public intoxication

• 1/29: A Birmingham woman, 37, was arrested at the 500 block of Decatur Highway on charges of public intoxication

• 1/26: Burglary, no force, (XBox, controls, games) was reported at the 700 block of Spring Street

• 1/26: Theft of property (watch, clothing, Little Debbie cakes) was reported at Target

WARRIOR ARRESTS

• 1/30: A Remlap man, 41, was arrested near the intersection of Brake Street and Eufala Street on charges of driving while under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon
