North Jefferson News readers donated several items this month to the North Jefferson Women’s Center for Christmas.

Individuals gave several packages of diapers as well as blankets, bottles, baby wipes and other baby products. In addition, readers donated $185 and a $25 gift certificate.

Those who donated also received a reduced newspaper subscription or renewal.

Those who donated items were entered into a drawing for prizes. Martha Burgett won four tickets to the Ringling Brothers circus; Amanda Welshans won a Zaxby’s family pack; and Caroline Skelton won the grand prize of $100 cash.

The North Jefferson News and the North Jefferson Women’s Center thanks everyone who donated to the center, a nonprofit organization that serves women and babies throughout north Jefferson County.
