Jessica Lee Peinhardt and Whitney Todd Rice were united in marriage July 31, 2010, in a double ring ceremony at Stone Bridge Farm, Mike Waters officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Robert and Susan Peinhardt of Cullman.

The groom is the son of Donnie and Donna Rice of Cullman.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of optical white royal satin, designed by Pronovias. The strapless gown had a notched neckline and ruching at the waistline giving a cummerbund effect. The full ballgown skirt had half pleats falling from a slightly dropped waistline. The back of the gown featured covered buttons to the hemline of the attached semi-cathedral length train. She carried a full bouquet of white lilies and roses and other hothouse flowers in shades of white and celedon, interspersed with delicate greenery. A single yellow rose from her mother’s wedding bouquet was included in her honor. The bouquet’s stems were hand-wrapped with white satin ribbon.

Heidi Abbott was maid of honor. Bridal attendants were Julie Freeman, Kalie Meadows, Haley Newton and Kayti Persall

Best man was Donnie Rice. Groomsmen were Tron Meadows, Russell Moore, Jared Rice, Josh Wiggins and James Wolters. Ushers were Reggie Freeman and Austin Peinhardt.

The reception was held at Stone Bridge Farm, following the nuptials.

Rachel Persall was in charge of the bride’s register.

Servers were Margo Bentley, Sarah Patrick (groom’s cake) and Delila Williams (bride’s cake).

Following a wedding trip on a Caribbean cruise, the couple resides in Cullman.

A bridal tea was hosted by Marilyn Rice, Leysha Canaday and the family of the groom at the Margaret Rice Room in Hanceville.

A couple’s shower was hosted by the ladies of Baldwin Church of Christ.

The ladies of South Cullman Church of Christ held a bridal shower.

A gift card shower was hosted by Tron and Kalie Meadows and Josh Wiggins at the home of Josh Wiggins.

Heidi Abbott hosted a lingerie shower.

A lingerie shower was hosted by Heather Ashley, Stacie Malin and Gidget Trammell.

A groom’s coffee was given by the groom’s coworkers at Wallace State Community College.

A special brunch was hosted by Cullman Regional Medical Center coworkers of the bride.
