GARDENDALE ARRESTS

• 11/18: A Birmingham man, 42, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property 3rd

• 11/18: A Mt. Olive man, 18, was arrested at the 4100 block of Long Leaf Drive on charges of driving under the influence

• 11/19: A Pinson woman, 51, was arrested at the 1100 block of Main Street on charges of attempt to commit a controlled substance crime

• 11/20: A Gardendale man, 20, was arrested at Belcher Hill Road and Mt. Olive Blvd. on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd

• 11/20: A Birmingham man, 28, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property 3rd

• 11/20: A Birmingham woman, 40, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property (shoplifting)

• 11/22: A Gardendale man, 65, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property

• 11/19: Attempt to commit a substance abuse crime was reported at J&J Drugs

• 11/19: Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property was reported at Donberry Apartments

• 11/19: Burglary and theft of property was reported at the 600 block of Tarrant Road

• 11/19: Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported at the 300 block of Fieldstown Road

• 11/20: Unauthorized possession of marijuana and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Belcher Hill and Mt. Olive Blvd

• 11/20: Theft of property was reported at Walmart

• 11/21: Theft of property was reported at Walmart

• 11/22: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at the 1700 block of Magnolia Street

• 11/22: Harassing communications was reported at the 2200 block of Mountain Drive

• 11/22: Theft of property was reported at the 5700 block of Duncan Drive

• 11/21: A Birmingham man, 33, was arrested at Holiday Inn Express on charges of shoplifting (theft of property 3rd)

• 11/22: A Birmingham man, 49, was arrested at the 3200 block of 57th Ave. on charges of public intoxication

• 11/24: A Fultondale man, 22, was arrested at the 1300 block of Walker Chapel on charges of buying and receiving stolen property
