GARDENDALE ARRESTS

• 10/27: An Adamsville man, 30, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property (shoplifting)

• 10/28: A Mt. Olive man, 31, was arrested at the 900 block of Odum Road on charges of driving under the influence

• 10/30: A Mt. Olive woman, 29, was arrested at Carol Drive and Tarrant Road on charges of obstructing justice using a false identity, unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia

• 10/30: A Gardendale man, 46, was arrested at the 1000 block of Kimberly Avenue on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication

INCIDENTS

• 10/27: Theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road

• 10/27: Theft of property 3rd was reported at the 2100 block of Moncrief Road

• 10/27: Theft of property (shoplifting) was reported at the 2100 block of Moncrief Road

• 10/28: Burglary and theft of property was reported at the 1800 block of Harrison Drive

• 10/28: Driving under the influence was reported at the 900 block of Odum Road

• 10/29: Theft of property was reported at the 1200 block of Decatur Highway

• 10/29: Theft of property was reported at the 800 block of Main Street

• 10/29: Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at the 5600 block of Carriage Lane

• 10/29: Harassing communications and theft of property was reported at the 1900 block of Decatur Highway

• 10/30: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and giving false identification to obstruct justice was reported at Carol Drive and Tarrant Road

• 10/30: Theft of services (food) was reported at Shoney’s

• 10/30: Theft of lost property was reported at the 800 block of Main Street

• 10/30: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 1000 block of Kimberly Avenue

• 10/31: Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road

• 10/31: Harassment was reported at the 100 block of Brewer STreet

• 10/31: Criminal mischief was reported at the 2200 block of Decatur Highway

• 11/2: Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 11/2: Attempted unauthorized possession of a controlled substance was reported at the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 11/3: Harassing communications was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road

FULTONDALE ARRESTS

• 10/27: A Fultondale man, 22, was arrested at the 1300 block of Walker Chapel Road on charges of receiving stolen property 1st

• 10/28: A Gardendale man, 22, was arrested at Shell on charges of burglary 2nd

• 10/30: A Fultondale man, 19, was arrested at Fulton Road and Republic Avenue on charges of appearing in public under the influence

• 10/31: A Mississippi man, 21, was arrested at Carson Road and Decatur Highway on charges of burglary — residence — force

• 10/31: A Mississippi man, 19, was arrested at Carson Road and Decatur Highway on charges of possessing burglar’s tools

INCIDENTS

• 10/27: Burglary — residence — force was reported at the 200 block of Costner Drive

• 10/29: Theft — miscellaneous was reported at Burger King

• 10/30: Two incidents of theft of property — force — residence was reported at the 3600 block of Mary Lane

• 10/31: Arson — residence (Halloween decorations)

• 11/1: Burglary — residence — force was reported at the 500 block of Second Street

• 11/2: Theft of property was reported at the 600 block of First Street

• 11/2: Miscellaneous theft was reported at O’Reilly Auto Parts

• 11/2: Damaged property was reported at the 2200 block of Outwood Road

• 11/2: Obtaining with a forged or altered prescription was reported at CVS Pharmacy

• 11/3: Robbery — street — knife was reported at the 1600 block of Decatur Highway

• 11/3: Theft of article from an auto was reported at Jet Pep gas pumps

WARRIOR ARRESTS

• 10/28: A Warrior man, 23, was arrested at Fred’s for shoplifting

• 10/29: A Warrior man, 29, was arrested at the 200 block of Cane Creek Road on charges of public intoxication

WARRIOR INCIDENTS

• 11/2: Harassing communications was reported at the 400 block of 2nd Street East

KIMBERLY INCIDENTS

• 10/31: A juvenile house party was reported at the 400 block of Park Avenue

• 11/2: Theft of services 3rd was reported at the 8900 block of Highway 31
