Gardendale arrests

• 10/7: A Gardendale woman, 47, was arrested at the 1000 block of Main Street on charges of theft of property

• 10/8: A Gardendale woman, 52, was arrested at the 900 block of Main Street on charges of driving under the influence of drugs

• 10/9: A Gardendale woman, 21, was arrested at Walmart on charges of theft of property 3rd

• 10/9: Burglary was reported at the 2300 block of North Road

• 10/10: Criminal mischief and harassing communications was reported at the 4700 block of Mulberry Drive

• 10/11: Theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road

• 10/11: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at the 1900 block of Harrison Drive

• 10/8: An arrest was made at the 1800 block of Decatur Highway for giving false identity to a law enforcement

• 10/6: Simple assault—family was reported at the 1600 block of Fulton Road

• 10/6: Domestic violence was reported at the 900 block of Decatur Highway

• 10/6: Criminal mischief—damage to private property was reported at Ellard Road and Decatur Highway

• 10/6: Theft from auto was reported at the 500 block of First Street

• 10/6: Obtaining with a forged or altered prescription and theft from a public building was reported at Winn Dixie

• 10/7: Giving false identity to a law enforcement officer was reported at the 1800 block of Decatur Highway

• 10/7: Burglary of a residence using force was reported at the 3000 block of Fox Trail

• 10/7: Criminal mischief—damage to private property was reported at Woodbrook Apartments

• 10/8: Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 2900 block of Debra Drive

• 10/11: Recovery of a missing person was reported at Winn Dixie

• 10/12: Shoplifting was reported at Target

• 10/11: Illegal possession of a debit/credit card and identity theft was reported at the 600 block of Johnson Street

• 10/12: Burglary and theft of property was reported within the city limits

WARRIOR ARRESTS

• 10/11: A Warrior man, 21, A Trafford man, 21, and a Gardendale woman, 27, were arrested on Highway 31 near the county line on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia
