James Tyler Sweatt passed away on Oct. 8, 2010.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, June Chancellor Sweatt; daughter, Jan Jennings; son, James Malcolm Sweatt and 4 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Oct. 12, 2010 at 2p.m. at the Walker Chapel Funeral Home in Fultondale with Rev. Ron Gonia officiating. Interment will follow at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1-2 p.m.
