Gardendale arrests

• 7/19: A Birmingham man, 36, was arrested at the 4300 block of Viola Avenue SW on charges of harassing communication

• 7/20: A Mt. Olive man, 32, was arrested at the 900 block of Main Street on charges of negotiating a worthless instrument

• 7/21: A Morris woman, 25, was arrested at the Wachovia Bank at the 600 block of Fieldstown Road on charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• 7/21: A Trafford man, 19, was arrested at the Fultondale city jail on charges of theft of property

• 7/22: A Birmingham man, 50, was arrested at the 1300 block of Decatur Highway on charges of trafficking in illegal drugs

• 7/22: A Hoover man, 36, was arrested at the 1300 block of Decatur Highway on charges of trafficking cocaine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia

• 7/22: A Mulga woman, 23, was arrested at the 1300 block of Main Street on charges of attempting to commit controlled substance crime

• 7/23: A Carbon Hill man, 40, was arrested at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office on charges of theft of property

• 7/24: A Gardendale man, 48, was arrested near the intersection of Decatur Highway and Lee Drive on charges of driving under the influence

• 7/25: A Birmingham man, 24, was arrested at the 300 block of Kathy Lane on six charges of theft of property and six charges of unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle

• 7/25: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 4300 block of Sierra Drive

• 7/25: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 4400 block of Sierra Lane

• 7/19: A Birmingham man, 33, was arrested near the Intersection of Carson Road and Indian Valley on charges of appearing in a public place under the influence

• 7/22: A Fultondale man, 20, was arrested at Shell on charges of appearing in a public place under the influence
