The warrants, for criminal conspiracy to commit robbery, were issued for defendants Sanford Maurice Phillips, 20, of Birmingham; Anthony Courtlin Farley, 18, of Center Point; and Erica Danielle Ellington, 19, of Birmingham. Each has a $60,000 bond.

The warrants stem from a Nov. 13, 2009, incident in which the Gardendale Police Department received a tip about a possible bank robbery that was to occur at Family Security Credit Union in Gardendale, according to Gardendale Police Chief Mike Walker.
