A.J. and Bethany Lamar of Cullman announce the birth of their son, Rush Miller Lamar, on Oct. 15, 2009, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces, and was 20.5 inches in length. He is the grandson of Mary Dean and Jerry Lamar, Bonnie Blanton and the late Harold Blanton, all of Cullman. Rush has a big brother, Jay Blanton Lamar, who is 3 years old.
