The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies for Jan. 4-11, 2010.



Fultondale arrests

• 1/5: A Gardendale woman, 38, was arrested on charges of attempting to commit a controlled substance crime at Walker Chapel Plaza

• 1/8: A Hoover man, 32, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance at Lowe’s

• 1/9: A Fultondale woman, 22, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of dangerous drugs in the 1700 block of Decatur Highway

• 1/10: A Birmingham man, 51, was arrested on charges of DUI in the 1800 block of Walker Chapel Road



Fultondale incidents

• 1/6: A domestic incident was reported in the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Circle

• 1/7: Burglary was reported in the 600 block of 1st Street

• 1/7: Theft of property was reported in the 300 block of Woodbrook Drive

• 1/7: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 300 block of Woodbrook Drive

• 1/7: Simple assault was reported in the 600 block of 1st Street

• 1/7: Shoplifting was reported at Dollar General

• 1/8: Armed robbery was reported in the 600 block of Stoneybrook Lane

• 1/8: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 300 block of Chapel Creek Way

• 1/9: Theft from a vehicle and illegal use of a credit card was reported in the 3000 block of Summit Lane



Gardendale arrests

• 1/4: A Gardendale woman, 54, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Walmart

• 1/4: A Morris woman, 40, was arrested on charges of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument at the Gardendale Police Department

• 1/10: A Warrior woman, 49, was arrested on charges of robbery, assault and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in the AutoZone parking lot

• 1/11: A Connersville, Ind., man, 27, was arrested on charge of public intoxication and resisting arrest in the 800 block of Crest Drive



Gardendale incidents

• 1/4: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 500 block of Decatur Highway

• 1/4: Theft of property was reported in the 900 block of Main Street

• 1/4: Theft of property (miscellaneous items) was reported at Walmart

• 1/6: Theft of property (utility trailer) was reported in the 200 block of Garden Drive

• 1/6: Theft of property (steel gates) was reported in the 500 block of Decatur Highway

• 1/6: Domestic violence was reported in the 1000 block of Grubbs Avenue

• 1/6: Theft of property (black Shih Tzu) was reported in the 700 block of Goldenrod Drive

• 1/8: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 300 block of Pineywood Road

• 1/10: Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported in the 1000 block of Main Street

• 1/10: Theft of property (steaks) was reported at Foodland at 1014 Main Street

• 1/11: Public intoxication and resisting arrest was reported in the 800 block of Crest Drive



Morris arrests

• 1/9: A Fultondale man, 26, was arrested on charges of harassment, domestic violence 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd and harassing communications at U.S. Hwy. 31 at Days Inn in Fultondale

• 1/10: A Remlap man, 18, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana 2nd and illegal possession of prescription drugs at Hwy. 79 Chevron in Pinson



Morris incidents

• 1/7: Theft of property was reported at the 800 block of Glennwood Road



Kimberly arrests
