The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies for Nov. 30-Dec. 7, 2009.



Fultondale arrests

• 12/5: A Fultondale man, 47, was arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 800 block of Republic Avenue

• 12/6: A Fultondale man, 26, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct on Walker Chapel Circle



Fultondale incidents

• 12/1: Domestic violence was reported at the Laquinta Inn

• 12/1: Domestic violence was reported in the 3100 block of Enclave Lane

• 12/5: Domestic violence was reported in the 800 block of Republic Avenue

• 12/5: Auto theft (Nissan Altima) was reported in the 300 block of Stoney Brook Apartments

• 12/5: Possession of stolen property (city street signs) and cruelty to animals was reported in the 1600 block of Elkwood Drive

• 12/7: Found property (cash, driver license) was reported in the CVS parking lot



Gardendale arrests

• 12/2: A Hayden man, 39, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Walmart

• 12/2: A Hayden woman, 28, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Walmart

• 12/2: A Hayden man, 50, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Walmart

• 12/3: A Pinson man, 26, was arrested on charges of attempting to commit a controlled substance crime in the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 12/4: A Mt. Olive man, 33, was arrested on charges of DUI on Fieldstown Road



Gardendale incidents

• 12/1: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property were reported in the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 12/2: Domestic violence was reported in the 3600 block of Ash Place

• 12/3: Domestic violence was reported in the 4000 block of Willowbend Drive

• 12/3: Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime was reported in the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 12/3: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 1500 block of Pine Hill Road

• 12/4: Theft of property (garbage can) was reported in the 1100 block of Fieldstown Road

• 12/4: Burglary was reported in the 2000 block of Decatur Highway

• 12/5: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property were reported at Cracker Barrel

• 12/5: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property were reported at Shoney’s

• 12/5: Theft of a vehicle (2004 GMC Yukon) was reported in the 800 block of Odum Road
