The following arrests and incidents were reported by north Jefferson County police departments from Nov. 9-16, 2009.



Fultondale arrests

• 11/12: A Mt. Olive woman, 47, was arrested on charges of shoplifting at Dollar General

• 11/13: A Fultondale man, 24, was arrested on charges of DUI on U.S. 31 at 100 Oaks

• 11/13: A Fultondale man was arrested on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct at Homefield Sports Grill

• 11/14: A Cleveland, Ala., man, 28, was arrested on charges of DUI in the 200 block of Decatur Highway

• 11/14: A Hoover man, 40, was arrested on charges of DUI on I-65 at exit 264

• 11/14: A Hoover man, 21, was arrested on charges of public intoxication on I-65 at exit 264



Fultondale incidents

• 11/10: Shoplifting was reported at Dollar General at 1729 Decatur Highway

• 11/12: A death investigation was reported in the 900 block of Stoneybrook Lane

• 11/13: A domestic incident was reported in the 2300 block of Fulton Drive

• 11/13: Theft of property and recovery of stolen property was reported in the 900 block of Decatur Highway



Gardendale arrests

• 11/12: A Warrior man, 41, was arrested on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor at the Gardendale Police Department

• 11/13: A Birmingham woman, 23, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Walmart

• 11/15: A Gardendale man, 24, was arrested on charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 700 block of Country Club Trail

• 11/9: Burglary was reported in the 1500 block of Decatur Highway

• 11/10: Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime and prescription fraud were reported in the 100 block of Fieldstown Road

• 11/10: Domestic violence was reported in the 300 block of Shady Street

• 11/12: Domestic violence was reported in the 6000 block of Windy Oaks Lane

• 11/12: Domestic violence was reported in the 700 block of Nayler Road

• 11/12: Robbery was reported at Kmart

• 11/12: Theft of property (jacket, video games) was reported at Kmart

• 11/13: Theft of property (socks, t-shirts) was reported at Walmart

• 11/13: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported in the 800 block of Jew Hill Road

• 11/14: Theft of property was reported in the 900 block of Skelton Avenue

• 11/14: Domestic violence was reported in the 4200 block of Sierra Way

• 11/15: Domestic violence and criminal mischief were reported in the 700 block of Country Club Trail

• 11/16: Theft of property (spools of wire) was reported in the 800 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 11/16: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 300 block of Peterson Circle
