Jackson named McGill Fellow at U of Georgia

Stephanie Jackson of Warrior, a senior newspapers major, was among 12 students named McGill Fellows by the University of Georgia Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Jackson will graduate in December with an ABJ in newspapers journalism and a BA in English. She is a 2006 graduate of Corner High School and is the daughter of Byron and Judy Jackson of Corner.



Bragg hosts book fair

Bragg Middle School will host a Scholastic Book Fair at the school’s media center on Nov. 2-6, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The fair will have books for children and for adults. Families are invited.
