The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies for Oct. 19-26, 2009.



Fultondale incidents

• 10/20: Simple assault and unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported in the 1900 block of Walker Drive

• 10/20: Theft of property was reported in the 900 block of Park Lane

• 10/20: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 800 block of Stoneybrook Drive



Fultondale arrests

• 10/22: A Birmingham female, 46, and a Birmingham man, 44, were arrested on charges of theft of property on Pinehill Road

• 10/23: A Birmingham man, 33, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct in the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Road



Gardendale incidents

• 10/19: Theft of property (cologne) was reported at Walmart

• 10/21: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 2200 block of Fieldstown Road

• 10/22: Burglary and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Mt. Olive Road and Pebble Creek Drive

• 10/22: Burglary was reported in the 400 block of Pebble Creek Drive

• 10/22: Burglary was reported in the 1200 block of Pebble Creek Drive

• 10/22: Burglary and theft of property was reported in the 500 block of Virginia Street

• 10/24: A minor in possession of alcohol was reported at the Shell Service Station at 2101 Decatur Highway

• 10/24: Assault was reported in the 100 block of Handley Road



Gardendale arrests

• 10/19: A Gardendale man, 38, was arrested on charges of domestic violence at the Gardendale Police Department

• 10/20: A Gardendale man, 30, was arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 4200 block of Hathaway Lane

• 10/22: A Warrior woman, 34, was arrested on charges of DUI on Tarrant Road at Decatur Highway

• 10/22: A Birmingham man, 22, was arrested on charges of burglary, using a false identity to obstruct justice and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Mt. Olive Road at Ginger Street

• 10/24: A Trafford man, 18, and a Kimberly man, 18, were arrested on charges of minors in possession of alcohol at 2101 Decatur Highway



Kimberly incidents

• 10/20: Theft of property was reported at the 8900 block of Mosley Loop

• 10/21: Domestic violence was reported at the 400 block of Park Avenue

• 10/21: Burglary was reported at the 200 block of Kelly Drive



Kimberly arrests

• 10/19: A Kimberly woman, 39, was arrested on charges of DUI at Kimberly Cut-off



Morris incidents

No incidents reported



Morris arrests

• 10/20: A Bessemer many, 39, was arrested on charges of escape 2nd degree at Stouts Road and Morris Majestic

• 10/24: A Warrior man, 23, was arrested on charges of DUI at Interstate 65 mile marker 276

• 10/21: Theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Trafford Road

• 10/23: Theft of property was reported at the 300 block of McCort Drive

• 10/24: Theft of property was reported at the 100 block of Brake Street

• 10/25: Assault was reported on Pecan Street

• 10/25: Terrorist threats were reported at the 500 block of Hillside Drive

• 10/26: Domestic violence was reported on Pecan Street



Warrior arrests

• 10/23: A Warrior man, 20, was arrested on charges of failure to comply at the 100 block of Louisa Street
