Fultondale

incidents

• 10/12: Criminal mischief and simple assault were reported at Stoneybrook Apartments

• 10/12: Shoplifting (one bottle of Jaegermeister) was reported at the ABC store at 1727 Decatur Highway

• 10/12: Unlawful possession of marijuana was reported in the 1400 block of Carson Road

• 10/16: Shoplifting (one set of earphones) and a handicapped parking violation was reported at Best Buy

• 10/16: Larceny was reported at the Super 8 Motel

• 10/17: Illegal possession of a credit card was reported in the 200 block of Hickory Lane



Fultondale arrests

• 10/13: A Fultondale man, 44, was arrested on charges of assault in the 1400 block of 6th Avenue

• 10/13: A Fultondale woman, 38, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Broad Street

• 10/14: A Remlap man, 35, was arrested on charges of violating a family violence protection order on Chapel Hills Parkway



Gardendale

incidents

• 10/12: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property were reported in the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 10/13: Theft of property was reported in the 1300 block of Garden Ridge Circle

• 10/14: Robbery was reported at Advance Auto Supplies

• 10/14: Harassing communications and making a terrorist threat were reported in the 800 block of Skelton Avenue

• 10/15: Theft of property and criminal mischief were reported in the 300 block of Day Street

• 10/15: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 3000 block of Hunter’s Run Drive

• 10/16: Attempting to elude was reported at Mt. Olive Road at Fieldstown Road

• 10/16: Domestic violence was reported in the 3300 block of Teresa Drive

• 10/16: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 3300 block of Teresa Drive

• 10/16: Theft of property was reported in the 400 block of Cullman Road

• 10/16: Assault was reported in the 800 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 10/16: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 2100 block of Pinehurst Drive

• 10/16: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 2000 block of Pinehurst Drive



Gardendale arrests

• 10/14: A Holly Pond man, 30, was arrested on charges of NWNI (Negotiating a Worthless Negotiable Instrument) at the Jefferson County Jail

• 10/16: A Hayden man, 38, was arrested on charges of attempting to elude at Stouts Road and Fulton Springs Place



Kimberly incidents

• 10/13: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at an unknown location



Kimberly arrests

• 10/16: A Huntsville woman, 22, and a Huntsville man, 49, were arrested on charges of public intoxication at the Interstate 65 exit 280 service road



Morris incidents

• 10/12: An overdose was reported at a Morris residence

• 10/14: Theft of property 3rd was reported at the 8400 block of Hwy. 31 N

• 10/17: Domestic violence 3rd was reported at a Morris residence



Morris arrests

• 10/16: A Hayden woman, 18, was arrested on charges of arson 2nd at Hwy. 31 and Morris Majestic Road

• 10/17: A Morris man, 39, was arrested on charges of domestic violence 3rd at the 8300 block of Old Hwy. 31

• 10/18: Two Maylene, Ala., women, both age 38, were arrested on charges of public intoxication at the 1500 block of Morris Majestic Road



Warrior incidents

• 10/12: Burglary was reported at the 60 block of Helen Street

• 10/13: Unauthorized manufacture of a controlled substance and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Hayden Road and Hwy. 31 N

• 10/16: Theft of property was reported at the 300 block of Caldwell Drive

• 10/16: Property damage was reported at the 400 block of Elm Avenue

• 10/18: Domestic violence (assault) was reported at Center Street

• 10/18: Theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Trafford Road

• 10/19: Burglary was reported at the 300 block of Louisa Street
