The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies for Oct. 5 through Oct. 12, 2009.



Fultondale incidents

• 10/6: Theft of property (two cases of Bud Light) was reported at the Fultondale Shell Station

• 10/8: Possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the Super 8 Motel

• 10/8: Shoplifting (three butane lighters) was reported at Mike’s Quick Stop at 1329 Walker Chapel Road

• 10/8: Burglary was reported in the 900 block of Chapel Creek Lane

• 10/8: Domestic violence was reported in the 3000 block of Teresa Drive

• 10/9: Burglary was reported in the 700 block of Park Way

• 10/9: A juvenile runaway was reported in the 300 block of Chapel Creek Way

• 10/9: Domestic violence was reported on U.S. 31 in front of Linda’s School of Beauty

• 10/10: Larceny was reported at the Super 8 Motel

• 10/11: Criminal mischief was reported at the Super 8 Motel



Fultondale arrests

• 10/8: A Fultondale man was arrested on charges of domestic violence and an Oneonta woman, 25, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana in the 200 block of Fulton Springs Road

• 10/8: A Kimberly man, 47, and Kimberly woman, 49, were arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at the Super 8 Motel

• 10/8: An Irondale man, 36, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana at the Super 8 Motel



Gardendale incidents

• 10/5: Theft of property (copper pipe and copper wiring) was reported on Mountain Crest Drive at the Gardendale First Baptist Church construction site

• 10/7: Burglary was reported in the 4500 block of Crown Point Lane

• 10/8: Theft of property and possession of a forged instrument was reported in the 800 block of Skelton Avenue

• 10/8: Burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 10/9: Discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling was reported in the 3200 block of Teresa Drive

• 10/10: Theft of property (Chevrolet tailgate) was reported at Cracker Barrell

• 10/10: Theft of property (Chevrolet tailgate) was reported on Thompson Street



Gardendale arrests

• 10/6: A Birmingham man, 33, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 10/9: A transient man, 50, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at Fieldstown Road at Interstate 65

Kimberly arrests

• 10/10: A Hayden man, 29, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at the Kimberly Police Department

• 10/10: A Hayden woman, 27, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at TP Millers Bar and Grill



Morris incidents

• 10/11: Possession of a controlled substance and manufacture of a controlled substance was reported at I65 north exit ramp on Mary Buckelew

• 10/12: A drug overdose was reported at an undisclosed residence

Warrior incidents

• 10/5: Theft of property was reported at the 100 block of Helen Street

• 10/5: Domestic violence was reported at Center Street

• 10/7: Child abuse was reported in Warrior

9500 block of Ellis Road

• 10/7: Harassment and felony hold (robbery attempt, home invasion) was reported at the 400 block of Mann Drive

• 10/11: Domestic violence was reported at the 400 block of Kemp Drive

• 10/12: A natural death was reported at the 9400 block of Asberry Lane



Warrior arrests

• 10/7: A Warrior man, 45, was arrested on charges of public intoxication, harassment and felony hold at the 400 block of Poplar Street

• 10/11: A Warrior man, 26, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and resisting arrest at the 400 block of Kemp Drive

• 10/11: A Cleveland, Ala., man, 25, was arrested on charges of DUI and reckless driving at Dana Road and Skylane
