The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies for Sept. 28 through Oct. 5, 2009.
Fultondale incidents
• 9/28: Counterfeiting and theft of property were reported at Camino Real
• 9/30: Domestic violence and harassment were reported at Hardees
• 9/30: Domestic violence was reported in the 5800 block of 33rd Street North
• 9/30: Child in need of supervision was reported on Black Creek Road
• 9/30: Simple assault was reported in the 900 block of Whitfield Circle
• 9/30: Public drunkenness was reported in the Touch of Class parking lot
• 10/1: Larceny was reported in the 1800 block of Fulton Road
• 10/1: Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Lykes Boulevard
• 10/2: A missing person was reported in the 2100 block of Walker Chapel Circle
• 10/2: Theft of property was reported in the 2000 block of Kenneth Street
Fultondale arrests
• 9/30: A Gardendale man, 30, and Gardendale woman, 31, were arrested on charges of public drunkenness in the Touch of Class parking lot
• 10/3: A Fultondale man, 19, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at the Jefferson County Jail
• 10/3: A Fultondale man, 21, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana in the 1600 block of Main Street
Gardendale incidents
• 9/28: Domestic violence was reported in the 6100 block of Windy Oaks Drive
• 9/28: Domestic violence was reported in the 300 block of Cliff Drive
• 9/28: Burglary was reported in the 900 block of Odum Road
• 9/28: Theft of property was reported in the 800 block of Main Street
• 9/29: Theft of property ($1,167 in U.S. currency) was reported at Wendy’s
• 9/29: A natural death was reported in the 1700 block of Magnolia Street
• 9/30: A domestic incident was reported in the 100 block of Fieldstown Road
• 9/30: A domestic incident was reported 4300 block of Sierra Drive
• 10/1: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 2400 block of Decatur Highway
• 10/1: Reckless endangerment was reported on Interstate 65 south near the Mt. Olive Boulevard exit and receiving stolen property and attempting to elude was reported on Interstate 65 south at mile marker 271
• 10/1: Theft of property (garden hose) was reported in the 200 block of Watson Way
• 10/2: Theft of property (gasoline) was reported at Murphy Oil
• 10/3: Burglary and theft of property was reported in the 100 block of Lark Street
• 10/4: Theft of property was reported in the 1000 block of Main Street
Gardendale arrests
• 9/28: A Gardendale man, 18, was arrested on charges of menacing and assault at Kmart
• 10/1: A Springville man, 51, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property, attempting to elude, reckless endangerment and criminal littering on Interstate 65 south at mile marker 264
• 10/2: A Panama City, Fla., man, 58, was arrested on charges of DUI on Interstate 65 at mile marker 273
• 10/4: A Gardendale woman, 36 and a Trafford man, 17, were arrested on charges of public intoxication on Decatur Highway at Mount Vernon United Methodist Church

• 9/29: Domestic violence was reported at the 300 block of Kelly Drive
Kimberly arrests

Morris incidents
• 9/29: A violation of the Safe Streets Act was reported at Interstate 65 and mile marker 277
• 9/29: Drug trafficking was reported at Interstate 65 and mile marker 277
• 9/30: Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana 2nd was reported at the 8300 block of U.S. Hwy. 31
• 10/03: Theft of property 3rd (checks) and forgery were reported at a Morris residence
Morris arrests
• 9/29: Two Warrior men, 20, were arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana 2nd, and being a minor in possession of alcohol at U.S. Hwy. 31 and the Morris Metro Mart
• 9/29: An Athens man, 32, was arrested on charges of drug trafficking on Interstate 65
• 10/02: A Morris man, 38, was arrested on charges of theft by deception at Dollar General
Warrior incidents
• 9/28: Theft of property (signs) was reported at Susan Wells Dentistry
• 9/29: Harassment was reported at the 100 block of Church Street
• 9/29: Theft of property (aluminum rim) was reported at the 600 block of Eastwood Drive
• 9/29: Theft of property (vehicle) was reported at the 100 block of Mae Circle
• 9/30: Theft of property (lumber) and trespassing was reported at the 1300 block of Old Hayden Road
• 10/02: Forgery and theft of property (checks) was reported at the 200 block of Louisa Street
Warrior arrests
• 9/28: A Warrior man, 34, was arrested on charges of deceptive business practice at the Jefferson County Jail
