Fultondale incidents

• 9/21: Shoplifting (tennis shoes) was reported at Hibbett Sports

• 9/21: Criminal mischief was reported in the 2100 block of Fulton Road

• 9/21: Theft of property was reported at the Shell station on Walker Chapel Road

• 9/21: A stolen car tag was reported in the 400 block of Main Street

• 9/21: Burglary and theft from a residence was reported in the 2700 block of Courtland Drive

• 9/21: Theft from a residence was reported in the 800 block of Mountain Drive

• 9/22: Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 1000 block of Greenbush Lane

• 9/22: Illegal use of a credit card was reported at Lowe’s

• 9/22: Larceny, illegal use of a credit card was reported at Bama Fever, Tiger Pride

• 9/23: Larceny was reported in the 1300 block of Walker Chapel Road



Fultondale arrests

• 9/25: A Pinson woman, 26, was arrested on charges of shoplifting at Walker Chapel and Stouts roads

• 9/25: A Birmingham man, 32, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana in the 5800 block of 33rd Street



Kimberly incidents

• 9/22: Harassment was reported at the IGA MarketPlace parking lot

• 9/23: Vehicle recovery was reported in Jefferson County

• 9/23: Harassment was reported at the 200 block of Kelly Drive

• 9/25: Theft of property was reported at the 9800 block of Deerview Lane

• 9/25: Internet fraud was reported at the 9000 block of Liberty Parkway

• 9/26: Theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Oak Lane



Kimberly arrests

No arrests reported



Morris incidents

• 9/21: An overdose was reported at an undisclosed location

• 9/24: Theft by deception 3rd was reported at the 8600 block of Old Hwy. 31



Morris arrests

• 9/23: A Morris man, 35, was arrested on charges of domestic violence 3rd at Shady Acres Drive

• 9/24: A Talladega man, 26, was arrested on charges of theft by deception at Hwy. 321 and Old Hwy. 31

• 9/25: A Gardendale man, 31, was arrested on charges of DUI at Morris Majestic and Green Brier Golf Course



Warrior incidents

• 9/22: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Cane Creek Drive

• 9/24: Theft of property was reported at Fuel Z

• 9/24: Home repair fraud was reported at the 700 block of Nachez Trail

• 9/24: Harassing communications was reported at the 600 block of Whisonant Lane



Warrior arrests

• 9/22: A Warrior man, 22, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized possession of a controlled substance at Cane Creek Drive

• 9/22: A Warrior man, 21, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and unauthorized possession of a controlled substance at Cane Creek Drive
