Charles Cecil “Charlie” McMurry, age 46, of Kimberly, left this walk of life on Friday, September 25, 2009. His funeral service was held at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 1 p.m. with burial following at Garden City Cemetery (Cullman County). Bro. Denny Armstrong officiated. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28, 2009 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home chapel. Mr. McMurry was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Cecil and Ludie McMurry. He is survived by his wife Pamela Rovi McMurry, son Joshua Wood (Patricia), daughter Amanda Wood, both from Kimberly, sister’s Betty Jean (Bill) England of San Francisco, Calif., Cecilia (O’Neal) Loggins of Hayden, Joann (Ed) Vernon of Birmingham and Teresa Wood (Mark) of Kimberly, nephews: Edward Salinas, Joe Keith, Brandon Keith and Braf Vernon; nieces Cathy McCay and Kristi Holdbrooks and several great-nieces and nephews.
