The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies for Sept. 14 through Sept. 21, 2009.



Fultondale incidents

• 9/16: Theft of a vehicle, riding mower and four-wheeler were reported in the 1900 block of Outwood Road

• 9/20: Shoplifting was reported at Hibbett’s Sports at 3433 Lowery Parkway

• 9/23: Miscellaneous larceny was reported at the Fultondale Shell station.



Fultondale arrests

• 9/19: A Birmingham woman, 35, was arrested on charges of public intoxication in the 2500 block of Sayers Road



Gardendale incidents

• 9/15: Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property were reported in the 4100 block of Longleaf Drive

• 9/16: Failure to remain at the scene of an accident was reported at Interstate 65 north at mile marker 273.5

• 9/17: Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property were reported in the 2600 block of Snow Rogers Road

• 9/17: Burglary of a business was reported at 2408 Decatur Highway

• 9/17: Theft of property (liquid methadone) was reported in the 200 block of Minor Road

• 9/17: Theft of property (lawn mower) was reported in the 4700 block of Lane Drive

• 9/17: Burglary was reported in the 300 block of Glen Chapel Road

• 9/19: Theft of property (television) was reported at the Microtel Inn

• 9/20: Robbery and assault were reported at the Mt. Olive Chevron at 2251 Mt. Olive Road

• 9/20: Domestic violence was reported at Wal-Mart



Gardendale arrests

• 9/18: A Gardendale man, 23, was arrested on charges of fraudulent use of a credit card in the 4400 block of Willow Bend Drive

• 9/20: A Gardendale woman, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Dooley Road



Kimberly incidents

• 9/14: Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at the 9800 block of Deerview Lane

• 9/16: Child endangerment was reported at the Town of Mulga

• 9/20: Criminal mischief and burglary was reported at the 8800 block of Hwy. 31

• 9/20: A domestic argument was reported at the 300 block of Kelly Drive



Kimberly arrests

• 9/16: A Warrior man, 21, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of drug paraphernalia on Self Creek Road



Morris incidents

• 9/14: Domestic violence 3rd was reported at the 8600 block of Shady Acres Drive

• 9/18: Negotiating a worthless negotiable worthless instrument (bad checks) was reported at a Morris residence

• 9/20: A violation of the Safe Streets Act was reported at Hwy. 31 S and Mary Buckelew



Morris arrests

• 9/20: A Morris man, 35, was arrested on charges of DUI at Morris Majestic Road and 2nd Ave. N



Warrior incidents

• 9/14: Theft of property and burglary were reported at the 9600 block of Hwy. 31 N

• 9/14: Theft of property was reported at the 1300 block of Old Hayden Road

• 9/14: Seized contraband was reported at the 1300 block of Old Hayden Road

• 9/15: NWNI was reported at the 9600 block of Hwy. 31

• 9/16: Theft of property was reported at the 600 block of Dana Road

• 9/17: Assault was reported at Helen Street

• 9/18: Recovery of a stolen vehicle was reported at Hwy. 31 and Caldwell

• 9/18: Assault 3rd was reported at the 800 block of Ballard Road

• 9/18: Harassment was reported at Cane Creek Apartments

• 9/18: Domestic violence was reported at the 500 block of Hwy. 31

• 9/19: Theft of property was reported at the 700 block of Main Street
