Garden Tip: You can plant shrubs and trees at anytime, but be sure to place some fertilizer around the newly planted shrubs or trees. Mix 1 cup of Epsom salt, 2 cups bone meal, one-fourth cup of white corn syrup and one-half teaspoon of baby powder in 5 gallons of water. Pour one quart of this mixture around the new plants.
