Mrs. Joyce Ann Sanford, age 53 of Gardendale, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 27, 2009. She was a member and associate pastor of The Church Revived. She is survived by her loving husband, Curt Sanford; children, Wendi Thomas (Joe) and Jamie Bearden (Andy); grandchildren, Logan Thomas, Troy Thomas, Karra Grace Bearden, Brylee Bearden; mother, Doris Fox; brother, Roy Fox, Jr.; sister, Judy Widmar; and her beloved cocker spaniel, Darlin. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 31, 2009 at 11 a.m. at The Church Revived with Pastor Larry Dodd and Pastor Rick Cooper officiating. Private family graveside services will follow at Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
