The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies for the week of Aug. 10-17, 2009.



Fultondale Incidents

• 8/10: Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia were reported at the Super 8 Motel in Fultondale

• 8/10: Larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported in the 2100 block of Sun Circle

• 8/10: A domestic incident was reported at Lowe’s

• 8/10: A house fire was reported at 3315 Stouts Road

• 8/11: Burglary and theft of property was reported in the 400 block of Overlook Road

• 8/12: Burglary was reported at Raceway at 917 Decatur Highway

• 8/16: A domestic incident was reported in the 1500 block of Head Road

• 8/16: Unauthorized breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported in the 900 block of Shamrock Lane

• 8/16: Criminal mischief was reported in the 4700 block of Indian Valley Road

• 8/16: A dog bite was reported in the 2800 block of Stonefield Drive

• 8/16: Theft of services (t-bone steak and hashbrown dinner) was reported at Waffle House



Fultondale arrests

• 8/10: A Birmingham man, 32, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at the Super 8 Motel

• 8/11: A Gardendale man, 37, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft of property, receiving stolen property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor at Chapel Hills Parkway and Overlook Road

• 8/13: An Oneonta woman, 48, was arrested on charges of theft of property in the 3400 block of Lowery Parkway

• 8/13: A Fultondale woman, 38, and a Fultondale man, 58, were arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 800 block of Broad Street

• 8/14: A Gardendale man, 53, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance at Full House

• 8/14: A Fultondale woman, 35, was arrested on charges of DUI at Walker Chapel Road and Stoneybrook Lane



Gardendale incidents

• 8/11: Theft of property was reported in the 2800 block of North Road

• 8/11: Child in need of supervision was reported in the 4000 block of Longleaf Drive

• 8/11: Domestic violence was reported in the 4400 block of Willow Street

• 8/12: Reckless endangerment was reported on Snow Rogers Road

• 8/13: Domestic violence was reported in the 400 block of Chapel Ridge Place

• 8/13: A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Jamestown Manor Drive

• 8/13: Theft of property was reproted in the 500 block of Fieldstown Road

• 8/13: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported in the 6400 block of Glen View Circle

• 8/13: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 6200 block of Spring Hollow Road

• 8/14: Theft of property (cash) was reported at People’s Bank

• 8/14: Theft of property and criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of Jackson Circle

• 8/14: Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the I-65 north on-ramp at Fieldstown Road

• 8/14: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported at Wal-Mart

• 8/14: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported at Cracker Barrel

• 8/15: Theft of property was reported in the 2400 block of Decatur Highway

• 8/15: Theft of services (cab fare) was reported in the 900 block of Fieldstown Road

• 8/16: Theft of property was reported at Food Depot

• 8/16: Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Kmart

• 8/16: Domestic violence was reported at Wal-Mart

• 8/16: Theft of property and notice of eviction was reported in the 800 block of Twin Ridge Drive



Gardendale arrests

• 8/13: A Gardendale man, 41, was arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 400 block of Chapel Ridge Place

• 8/16: A Gardendale man, 51, was arrested on charges of DUI on Fieldstown Road

• 8/16: A Birmingham man, 37, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Food Depot

• 8/16: A Gardendale man, 18, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol at Kmart



Kimberly incidents

• 8/10: Theft of lost property was reported at IGA

• 8/10: Harassment was reported on Lynch Street



Kimberly arrests

Morris incidents

• 8/10: Criminal mischief was reported at the 8900 block of Hwy. 31

• 8/12: Distribution of a controlled substance was reported at the 6300 block of New Castle Road

• 8/14: Theft of lost property was reported on U.S. Hwy. 31

• 8/16: Possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture of a controlled substance was reported at the 8600 block of Hwy. 31

• 8/17: Criminal mischief and cruelty to animals was reported at the 8600 block of Old Hwy. 31



Morris arrests

• 8/14: A Birmingham man, 29, was arrested on possession of drug paraphernalia at the 200 block of Garden Springs Lane

• 8/16: A Hayden woman, 49, was arrested on charges of manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 8600 block of Hwy. 31

• 8/16: A Morris man, 45, was arrested on charges of manufacture of a controlled substance at the 900 block of Triple Creek Lane



Warrior incidents

• 8/11: Unauthorized manufacturing of a controlled substance was reported at the 2600 block of First Street

• 8/12: Burglary was reported at the 9600 block of Bee Line Loop

• 8/14: Burglary and theft of property was reported at the 500 block of Faye Drive

• 8/16: Domestic violence was reported at Main Street



Warrior arrests

• 8/10: A Tennessee man, 41, was arrested on charges of DUI, reckless driving, and carrying a pistol without a license at the 300 block of Cane Creek Drive

• 8/15: A Hayden woman, 37, was arrested on charges of NWNI (writing bad checks) at the Warrior Police Department

• 8/16: A Hartselle man, 32, was arrested on charges of public intoxication near Fuel Z
