Fultondale arrests

• 8/6: A Sumiton man, 18, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief at the Chevron on Walker Chapel Road

• 8/6: A Warrior man, 27, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct in the Chili’s parking lot

• 8/10: A Birmingham man, 32, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at the Super 8 Motel



Gardendale incidents

• 8/3: Reckless endangerment and resisting arrest was reported in the 600 block of Main Street

• 8/3: Theft of property and disorderly conduct was reported at Kmart

• 8/3: Theft of property and burglary was reported in the 300 block of Fieldstown Road

• 8/3: Criminal mischief and theft of property was reported in the 100 block of West Shuggart Ridge Road

• 8/3: Burglary was reported in the 2700 block of North Road

• 8/3: Domestic harassment, theft of property was reported in the 1200 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 8/4: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 8/4: Theft of property was reported at Papa John’s

• 8/5: Assault and kidnapping was reported in the 100 block of North Village Circle

• 8/5: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported on U.S. 31 and Payne Road

• 8/6: Harassment was reported in the 4000 block of Long Leaf Drive

• 8/6: Theft of property was reported at Wal-Mart

• 8/6: Theft of property was reported in the 1100 block of Main Street

• 8/7: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported at the Gardendale City Jail

• 8/7: Theft of property was reported at Wal-Mart

• 8/8: Harassment was reported in the 4000 block of Canterbury Street

• 8/8: A missing person was reported in the 300 block of Main Street



Gardendale arrests

• 8/3: A Pinson woman, 28, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, theft of property and resisting arrest at Kmart

• 8/3: A Gardendale man, 25, was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment and resisting arrest at Raceway Parkway in Jefferson County

• 8/5: A Warrior woman, 31, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at U.S. 31 and Payne Road

• 8/7: A Dora woman, 32, was arrested on charges of harassing communications and unlawful possession of a controlled substance at the Gardendale City Jail

• 8/7: A Mt. Olive man, 31, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 8/8: A Gardendale man, 27, was arrested on charges of DUI at Mt. Olive and Brewer roads

Morris arrests

• 8/3: A Trussville man, 24, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and illegal possession of prescription drugs on Bill Jones Road



Warrior incidents

• 8/4: Assistance with a police chase was reported on Caldwell Road

• 8/6: Natural death was reported in the 500 block of Mae Circle

• 8/7: Criminal mischief and assault was reported in the 1000 block of Oak Street

• 8/10: An unspecified incident was reported in the 400 block of U.S. 31
