The following incident and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies for the week of July 13-20.



Fultondale incidents

• 7/14: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 2700 block of New Castle Road

• 7/15: Unlawful possession of marijuana was reported in the 500 block of Park Lane

• 7/16: Dangerous drugs recovered and giving false information to an officer was reported at Walker Chapel and Downs Roads

• 7/18: Domestic violence was reported in the 1700 block of Decatur Highway

• 7/18: An attempted suicide was reported on 6th Avenue

• 7/18: Domestic violence was reported in the 3300 block of Lowery Parkway

• 7/19: Disorderly conduct was reported in the 700 block of Spring Street

• 7/19: Possession of an opiate or a derivative was reported in the parking lot of Stoney Brook Apartments

• 7/20: Creating a hazard was reported on Old Black Creek Road



Fultondale arrests

• 7/14: A Gardendale man, 59, was arrested on charges of assault in the 1600 block of Elkwood Drive

• 7/15: A Fultondale man, 19, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana in the 500 block of Park Lane

• 7/16: A Warrior woman, 30, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and giving false information to an officer at Downs and Walker Chapel roads

• 7/18: A Morris man, 44, was arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 1700 block of Decatur Highway

• 7/19: A Fultondale man, 19, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct in the 700 block of Spring Street



Gardendale incidents

• 7/14: Theft of property and unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported at 850 Odum Road

• 7/15: Unlawful possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol was reported in the 900 block of Fieldstown Road

• 7/15: Theft of services was reported in the 100 block of Tarrant Road

• 7/15: A natural death was reported on Gayle Street

• 7/16: An unclassified death was reported on Ridgeland Drive

• 7/16: A domestic incident was reported in the 400 block of Chapel Ridge Place

• 7/18: Theft of property was reported in the 1200 block of Kayewood Circle

• 7/18: Burglary was reported in the 7400 block of Turnberry Drive

• 7/18: Assault was reported in the 6500 block of Peachtree Boulevard

• 7/20: Burglary and theft of property was reported in the 300 block of Fieldstown Road

• 7/20: Theft of property was reported in the 1200 block of Chapel Ridge Drive



Gardendale arrests

• 7/14: A Birmingham man, 20, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 7/14: A Birmingham woman, 18, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 7/15: A Fultondale man, 18, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol

• 7/15: A Cleveland, Ala., man, 29, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 7/15: A Mt. Olive woman, 25, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 7/16: A Warrior woman, 29, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 7/16: A Pinson man, 21, was arrested on charges of having an open container at Wal-Mart



Kimberly incidents

• 7/13: Civil dispute (harassment) was reported at the 9200 block of Hagood Road

• 7/14: Domestic violence (harassment) was reported at the 9100 block of Stouts Road

• 7/15: Harassment was reported at T.P. Millers Bar

• 7/20: Theft of property was reported at the 400 block of Hampstead Drive

• 7/20: Theft of property and criminal mischief was reported at the 8900 block of Taunton Place

• 7/20: Criminal trespassing was reported at the 300 block of Lynch Street

• 7/17: Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana was reported at Doss Hollow Road

• 7/17: Possession of marijuana 2nd was reported at Morris-Majestic Road and Hagood Road



Morris arrests

• 7/16: A Morris man, 18, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd and being a minor in possession of tobacco at Doss Hollow Road

• 7/16: A Tarrant man, 18, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana 2nd at Doss Hollow Road

• 7/17: A Morris juvenile was arrested on charges possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana 2nd at Doss Hollow Road

• 7/17: A Hayden man, 23, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana 2nd at Morris-Majestic and Hagood Road

• 7/17: A Pinson man, 44, was arrested on charges of DUI — alcohol on Morris-Majestic and Hagood Road

• 7/19: A Warrior man, 45, was arrested on charges of DUI – alcohol on Interstate 65 North mile marker 277

• 7/13: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported on Trafford Road and Mahaffey Drive

• 7/14: Unauthorized manufacturing of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of a controlled substance was reported at the 9100 block of First Avenue, Trafford

• 7/14: Criminal mischief was reported at the 700 block of Natchez Trail

• 7/14: Harassment was reported at the 700 block of Cherokee Trail

• 7/14: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and forged prescription was reported at Warrior Pharmacy

• 7/17: Assault was reported at the 200 block of Cane Creek Road

• 7/18: Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 200 block of Trafford Road

• 7/18: Criminal mischief was reported at the 500 block of Hilltop Avenue

• 7/20: A drug overdose was reported at the 9300 block of Asberry Road

• 7/13: A Trafford man, 63, was arrested on charges of unauthorized manufacture of a controlled substance, unauthorized distribution of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at the 9100 block of 1st Avenue, Trafford

• 7/13: A Trafford man, 31, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance on River Hill Loop, Trafford

• 7/13: A Trafford woman, 51, was arrested on charges of unauthorized manufacture of a controlled substance at the 9100 block of 1st Avenue, Trafford
