Fultondale arrests

• 6/13: A Birmingham man, 47, was arrested on charges of DUI and criminal mischief in the 2400 block of Decatur Highway

• 6/9: Simple assault was reported in the 2900 block of Walker Chapel Road

• 6/11: Check forgery was reported at Winn-Dixie

• 6/11: Auto theft was reported at the Super 8 Motel at 624 Decatur Highway

• 6/12: Domestic violence was reported in the 900 block of Decatur Highway



Gardendale arrests

• 6/9: A Morris man, 19, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 6/10: A Cordova, Tenn., man, 18, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing in the 2100 block of Fieldstown Road

• 6/10: A Gardendale man, 66, was arrested on charges of menacing at city hall

• 6/11: A Birmingham woman, 47, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart



Gardendale incidents

• 6/10: Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in the 2100 block of Fieldstown Road

• 6/10: Reckless endangerment was reported in the 2200 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 6/10: Attempted suicide was reported in the 1700 block of Magnolia Street

• 6/10: Theft of property was reported in the 4500 block of Eldorado Drive

• 6/11: A domestic incident was reported in the 1200 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 6/11: Criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported in the 1100 block of Main Street

• 6/11: Theft of property was reported at Wal-Mart

• 6/12: Domestic violence was reported in the 1100 block of Alma Avenue



Morris arrests

• 6/9: A Birmingham man, 27, was arrested on charges of violation of protection order at the 800 block of Woodlane

• 6/9: Identity theft was reported in Trussville

• 6/9: Violation of protection order was reported at the 800 block of Woodlane

• 6/11: Unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Hwy. 31 and Sardis Road

• 6/12: Unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Hwy. 31 and Sardis Road



Kimberly arrests

• 6/13: A Morris man, 53, was arrested on charges of DUI at U.S. 31 southbound

• 6/13: A Gardendale man, 49, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at U.S. 31 southbound

• 6/13: A Warrior woman, 44, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing at the Warrior Police Department

• 6/15: A Hayden man, 47, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief 3rd at the 200 block of Main Street

• 6/15: Theft of property was reported at Trafford Road and Warrior Road
