The following incidents and arrests were reported by north Jefferson County law enforcement agencies the week of May 25 to

June 1.



Fultondale Incidents

• 5/25: Theft of property was reported in the 1900 block of Outwood Road

• 5/26: Domestic violence (harassment) was reported in the 1100 block of Chapel Creek Court

• 5/26: Domestic violence (harassment) was reported in the 1300 block of 6th Avenue

• 5/27: Child in need of supervision and disorderly conduct was reported in the Fultondale Elementary School

• 5/27: Theft from a residence was reported in the 1400 block of Stoneybrook Lane

• 5/27: Endangering the welfare of a child was reported in the 2600 block of New Castle Road

• 5/28: Burglary and theft from a public building was reported at Quizno’s

• 5/28: A domestic incident was reported in the 2600 block of New Castle Road

• 5/28: Violation of the city’s dog ordinance was reported in the 600 block of Spring Street

• 5/28: A gas drive-off was reported at the Shell Station at 1329 Walker Chapel Road

Gardendale Incidents

• 5/25: Theft of property was reported in the 4100 block of Long Leaf Drive

• 5/26: Burglary and criminal mischief was reported at Gardendale High School

• 5/26: Theft of property (purse, currency) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 5/26: Domestic violence was reported in the 1100 block of Alma Avenue

• 5/27: Theft of property was reported in the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/27: Burglary and theft of property were reported in the 2600 block of Vann Drive

• 5/28: DUI was reported in the 700 block of Tarrant Road

• 5/28: Theft of property (lithium batteries) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 5/29: Burglary, theft of property was reported in the 2200 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 5/29: Burglary was reported in the 6900 block of Ward Hill Road

• 5/29: Unauthorized breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 1200 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 5/29: Unauthorized breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property were reported in the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 5/29: Domestic violence was reported in the 400 block of Johnson Street

• 5/29: Domestic violence was reported in the 200 block of Dooley Road

• 5/30: Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance was reported in the 7000 block of Church Road

• 5/30: Failure to give information and render aid and DUI was reported on Interstate 65 at mile marker 271

• 5/31: Theft of property was reported at Dollar General at 1026 Main Street



Gardendale arrests

• 5/29: A homeless man, 21, was arrested on charges of burglary at Mt. Olive Road and Powers Road

• 5/29: A Gardendale man, 23, was arrested on charges of burglary at Mt. Olive Road and Powers Road

• 5/30: A Hayden man, 20, was arrested on charges of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance in the 7000 block of Church Road

• 5/30: A Hayden woman, 24, was arrested on charges of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance in the 7000 block of Church Road

• 5/27: Unauthorized breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property 2nd was reported at the 8000 block of Parkridge Circle

• 5/28: Animal cruelty was reported at the 900 block of Glennwood Road

• 5/30: Unauthorized possession of marijuana was reported at Interstate 65 mile marker 278



Morris arrests

• 5/25: A Birmingham man, 30, was arrested on charges of DUI on Morris Majestic Road

• 5/25: A Birmingham woman, 27, was arrested on charges of pubic intoxication at Morris Majestic Road

• 5/25: A Pelham man, 23, was arrested on charges of DUI at Morris Majestic Road

• 5/29: A Gardendale man, 36, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct at Sardis Road

• 5/30: A Cullman man, 30, was arrested on charges of immigration detainer-prior felon at Interstate 65 mile marker 277



Warrior incidents

• 5/27: Theft of property was reported at the 6600 block Hwy. 31 S

• 5/28: Unauthorized possession of marijuana was reported at the 100 block of Park Drive

• 5/31: Two criminal trespass warnings were reported at the 400 block of Caldwell Drive

• 5/31: Harassment was reported at the 400 block of Ginger

• 6/1: Assault was reported at Warrior Speedmart



Warrior arrests

• 5/25: A Warrior man, 44, was arrested on charges of DUI and reckless driving at the 400 block of Borden Road

• 5/28: A Warrior man, 24, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana at the 100 block of Park Drive
