Strawberry Daze

Strawberry Spritzer
2 bottles(24 ounces each) white grape juice
2 cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 bags strawberries, thawed
Bottle of ginger-ale
In a blender, place 1 cup of the grape juice, 1 can lemonade, and 1 bag of strawberries. Blend until smooth and strain out. Repeat this and pour into a picture. Add the rest of the grape juice. Stir well. Add the ginger-ale when ready to serve. Rim the glasses in water then sugar. Garnish with fresh strawberries and lemon slices or a white grape.
Strawberry Margarita Dessert

2 1/4 c crushed pretzles
1 1/2 stick melted butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 can or 14 oz condenced milk
2 cup pureed strawberries
1/4 lime juice
8 oz Cool Whip
Line a 13×9 pan with aluminum foil. Mix crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press mixture into pan. Beat cream cheeseand milk in mixer until smooth. Add strawberries and lime juice, mix well. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Pour over crust and freeze for 6 hours. Let it stand at room temp for 15 minutes before serving.
Strawberry Dream Muffins

1 Pack Strawberry Muffin Mix
8oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese
? c. Powdered Sugar
3 tbs. Strawberry Jam
Mix Strawberry muffin mix as directed on package and Bake. Mix Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, and Strawberry Jam. Take a piping bag and Big tip and squeeze mixture into each muffin. Add strawberry slice for looks.
Mouth Watering Chocolate Strawberry Pie

2 Regular Pie Crusts
3 c. Strawberries
1 c. Sugar
4 Tbs. Flour
4 Tbs. Strawberry Jell-O
Dash of Salt
1 c. Hot water
? c. Chocolate Chips Melted
Bake Pie crust until golden brown. Take chocolate and put a layer in the bottom of the pan and on sides if you want. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to water in a pot. Bring to a boil. Keep stirring until it is kind of see through. Add strawberries to pie crust and pour mixture over the top. Let refrigerate until thick kind of like Jell-O. Top with whip cream and chocolate if desired.
Strawberry Cheeseball

2 8 ounce blocks of cream cheese
1 cup brown sugar
t. vanilla
Mix together and divide in half. Form into a disc and form a little of a side. Fill it with a cup of strawberry jam and them add the top layer form together and seal well with cream cheese. Place in freezer for 30 minutes. Roll in chopped walnuts. Serve with vanilla wafers.
Strawberry Almond Pie

2 boxes strawberry shortcake rolls (found in Little Debbie/snack food isle)
4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 cups plain yogurt
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 cups strawberries
1/2 cup almond splits
1. Cut strawberry rolls _ in. thick. Line along spring form pan; this is your crust.
2. Mix cream cheese and yogurt, until well blended. Add sugar and lemon juice, mix until well blended.
3. Stir almond splits into mixture.
4. Cut strawberries into slices.
5. Take half the white cream mixture and combine with 3 cups strawberries.
6. Alternate white cream mixture and strawberry mixture layers in spring form pan.
7. Use remaining strawberries as garnish.
Strawberry Tartlets

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
_ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups All Purpose flour
Favorite strawberry jam
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat butter with the cream cheese until well blended.
3. Beat in sugar and vanilla, then stir in the flour until well mixed.
4. Press mixture into mini muffin pan.
5. Hollow out center, leaving bottom intact.
6. Spoon your favorite jam into the hollowed-out part.
7. Bake 12-18 minutes or until very lightly brown. Cool on racks.
Old Fashioned Chocalate Strawberry Delight

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup self rising flour
1/3 cup cocoa
Sift first three ingredients
1/4 cup real butter melted
2 cups evaporated milk
Put in pot and heat milk and butter to scalding
3 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Add dry ingradients to milk and butter mixture and bring to a boil in a doulbe bioler.
Mix 3 egg yolks beaten, add 1 cup of hot mixture to eggs and stir. Add back to main mixture.
Cook til thick, remove from heat and let set for a few minutes and add 1 tsp vanilla. Put in firdge to cool.
Crust
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup real butter melted
1/2 cup chopped nuts
press in bottom of 9×13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then cool
Mix 18 oz cream cheese
1 pint heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
mix cream cheese, powered sugar, lemon and vanilla. Add to whip cream ater you whip it.
Beat whip cream then add above.
Whip cream
Whip up 1 pint whip cream
1 cup powered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
puree fresh strawberries. Now ut layers together. Start with the crust. Put layers of cream cheeses and then layer strawberry pureed. Put the chocalate mixture, top with whip cream layer and then put more puree and fresh strawberries and enjoy.
Strawberry Friut Dip Cake

Duncan Hnes white cake mix
3 egg whites
1 can evaporated milk
1 box cocnut instant pudding
3 tbls oil
Grease 3 8in round pans, bake at 350 for 30mins and let cool
Icing
1 quart heavy cream
3 crean cheese
2 tbls lemon juice
3 tsp vanilla
Whip heavy cream; in another bowl, mix other ingredients together; puree the fresh strawberries; Now assemble the cake, ice each layer by adding a thin layer of puree strawberry. Put pureed and whole strawberries on the top.
Strawberry Shortcake

1 yellow butter cake mix bake according to package directions and cool.
The Filling
1 pack of strawberry glaze
1 pint of strawberries, diced
Mix together and set aside
The Frosting
1 16 ounce container of cool whip
1 8 ounce block of cream cheese, softened
_ cup granulated sugar
Mix together and set aside
To make lay the first layer spread with a thin layer of icing and half of the strawberries. And repeat the second layer. Frost with the remaining icing.
Strawberry Cream Pie

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz powered sugar
8 pz Cool Whip
1 1/2 c sliced strawberries
1 c pureed strawberries
1 graham cracker crust
Spread the sliced strawberries in the bottom of the crust. Beat cream cheese and powered sugar until smooth. Add pureed strawberries, mix well. Gently fold in Cool Whip. Pour over strawberries in crust. Chill for one hour.
Strawberry Whipped Sensation

Prep time: 20 mins
Total time: 6 hour 20 mins.
Makes 12 servings
4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
8 OREO Cookies, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
LINE 9×5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over
sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups
COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
MIX chopped cookies and butter. Spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with
ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze
6 hours or until firm.
INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil.
Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange
over dessert. Freeze leftovers.
Note: Vanilla sandwich cookies work well too.
Strawberry Bread

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4c. oil
2 1/2c. chopped strawberries
2 c. sugar or Splenda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
Combine first five ingredients and mix well. Combine remaining four
ingredients and add to the dry mixture, stirring well. Spoon into 2
greased loaf pans and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Strawberry-Fig Jam

2 1/2c. sugar or Splenda
1 large box of strawberry Jello (any flavor will work; raspberry is good
too)
Wash figs and put in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a
boil. Cook until soft. Drain all the water off (use a colander) and
mash the figs (need 3 cups.) Add sugar and Jello. Mix well. Pour into
jars and process like you normally would.
