The following arrest and incident reports were filed by police departments in north Jefferson County from May 4 through May 11.



Fultondale incidents

• 5/4: Burglary, larceny was reported in the 1200 block of Wilson Way

• 5/5: Leaving the scene of an accident was reported in the 1200 block of Walker Chapel Road

• 5/5: Larceny was reported at the Hampton Inn

• 5/5: Shoplifting was reported at Best Buy

• 5/6: Theft of property was reported in the 1400 block of 2nd Avenue

• 5/6: A domestic incident, carrying a pistol without a permit was reported in the1000 block of Basswood Circle

• 5/7: Larceny from a residence was reported in the 1700 block of Rogina Drive

• 5/8: Burglary was reported in the 1200 block of 2nd Avenue

• 5/8: Criminal mischief was reported in the 900 block of Republic Avenue

• 5/8: Burglary and larceny from a residence was reported in the 2300 block of Wharton Avenue

• 5/8: Shoplifting was reported at Rue 21

• 5/8: Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Stoneybrook Lane

• 5/9: Burglary and larceny from a residence was reported in the 3000 block of Summit Drive

• 5/9: Theft from a vehicle was reported at LaQuinta Inn

• 5/9: Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 400 block of Central Avenue

• 5/9: Burglary and larceny from a residence was reported in the 2800 block of Stonefield Drive



Fultondale arrests

• 5/6: A Fultondale man, 19, was arrested on charges of carrying a pistol without a permit in the 1000 block of Basswood Circle



Gardendale incidents

• 5/4: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a prescription was reported at 430 Fieldstown Road

• 5/6: Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance was reported on I-65 north near the Beasley Road overpass

• 5/7: A narcotics incident was reported at Bragg Middle School at 840 Ash Avenue

• 5/7: Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance was reported on U.S. 31 and Tarrant Road

• 5/8: Child in need of supervision, harassment and domestic violence was reported in the 3700 block of Magnolia Court

• 5/8: A natural death was reported in the 100 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 5/8: Theft of property was reported at Kmart

• 5/8: Theft of property (tools) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 5/8: Theft of property (sheets, batteries) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 5/9: Public intoxication, unlawful possession of a controlled substance was reported at 757 Main Street

• 5/10: Rape was reported at an unknown address

• 5/10: Domestic violence was reported in the 1200 block of Colonial Avenue

• 5/10: Theft of property was reported in the 500 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/10: Domestic violence was reported in the 500 block of Tambay Drive



Gardendale arrests

• 5/4: A Cullman man, 28, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana at 430 Fieldstown Road

• 5/4: A Pinson man, 22, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 5/4: A Gardendale woman, 18, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 5/8: A Fultondale woman, 22, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 5/8: A Birmingham man, 30, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Kmart

• 5/8: A Pinson man, 35, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 5/9: A Pinson man, 24, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at Wal-Mart

• 5/9: A Gardendale man, 52, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 757 Main Street

• 5/11: A Gardendale woman, 25, was arrested on charges of DUI, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful posession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana on Country Club Trail and Tarrant Road

Kimberly arrests

• 5/5: A Kimberly man was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment at the 9000 block of Brookhaven Road



Morris incidents

• 5/5: Certain persons forbidden to possess a pistol and carrying a pistol without a permit was reported at Old Sardis Road and Sardis Road



Morris arrests

• 5/5: A Warrior man, 34, was arrested on charges of certain persons forbidden to possess a pistol at Old Sardis Road and Sardis Road

• 5/9: A Birmingham man, 32, was arrested on charges of DUI at Interstate 65 mile marker 271.5

• 5/10: A Gardendale man, 22, was arrested on charges of DUI at Hwy. 31 and Sardis Road



Warrior incidents

• 5/5: Theft of property (ladder) was reported at the 300 block of Caldwell Drive

• 5/6: Possible fraud was reported at CRS Tax Service

• 5/7: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 280 mile marker access road

• 5/8: Unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 300 block of Main Street

• 5/10: Harassing communications was reported at the 600 block of Pecan Street

• 5/10: Theft of property (ladder) was reported at the 100 block of Dana Road

• 5/10: Burglary of a residence (TV, mirror, porch swing, shelf, dishes) was reported at the 9600 block of Ellis Road)



Warrior arrests

• 5/8: A Warrior man, 47, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd at the 300 block of Main Street
