• 4/29: Theft of property (bath tissue, cat food) and warning against criminal trespass was reported at the 1000 block of Main Street

• 4/29: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance was reported the 900 block of Main Street

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle was reported at the 2600 block of Rhody Drive

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle was reported at the 100 block of Cluster Springs Circle

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle was reported at the 200 block of Beasley Road

• 4/30: Theft of property (styling gel, body oil, motor oil, health and beauty products) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle, theft of property (checkbook, TV) was reported at the 200 block of Lee Drive

• 4/29: Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at Gardendale High School

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle was reported at the 2400 block of North Road

• 4/30: Theft of property (medication, jewelry) was reported at the 100 block of Handley Circle

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle and theft of property (portable CD player, CD) was reported at the 600 block of Beasley Road

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle, theft of property (CDs, textbook, book bag) was reported at the 6300 block of Mountain View Circle

• 4/30: Unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle, theft of property (two Garmin GPS devices) was reported at the 100 block of Treasure Trail

• 5/1: Burglary (cigarettes, U.S. currency) was reported at the 500 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/1: Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card was reported at Wal-Mart

• 5/1: Theft of property (pistol) was reported at the 800 block of Twin Ridge Road

• 5/1: A suicide attempt was reported at the 2300 block of Chapelridge Drive

• 5/1: Theft of property (Nintendo Wii) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 5/2: Theft of a vehicle was reported at the 4000 block of Willow Bend Drive

• 5/2: Identity theft was reported at the 800 block of Brookline Road

• 5/4: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road

• 4/28: A Fultondale woman, 30, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 4/28: A Birmingham man, 21, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 4/29: A Gardendale man, 34, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication at Main Street and Moncrief Drive

• 4/29: A Gardendale man, 34, was arrested on charges of domestic violence 3rd and harassment at the Gardendale City Jail

• 4/30: A Birmingham man, 18, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 4/30: A Mt. Olive man, 21, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana at the 900 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/2: A Gardendale woman, 46, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 5/4: A Cullman man, 28, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized possession of marijuana at the 400 block of Fieldstown Road

• 5/4: A Pinson man, 22, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 5/4: A Gardendale woman, 18, was arrested on charges of theft of property 3rd at Wal-Mart

• 4/27: Criminal mischief was reported at the 500 block of Enclave Circle

• 4/27: Forged prescriptions was reported at the 1700 block of Hwy. 31

• 4/27: Burglary and larceny (grass trimmer, chainsaw, blower and weedeater) was reported at the 1800 block of Hickory Lane

• 4/27: Criminal mischief was reported at the 500 block of Broad Street

• Theft of property (truck, air compressor, fuel pump and tools) and criminal mischief was reported at the 2500 block of Cone Drive

• 4/27: Theft, burglary of auto (GPS, clothes) was reported at the 2000 block of Walker Street

• 4/28: A stolen cell phone was reported at Fultondale High School

• 4/29: Dangerous drugs were reported at the 2900 block of Walker Chapel Road

• 4/29: Larceny was reported at the 700 block of Walker Chapel Road

• 4/30: Criminal mischief was reported at Hampton Inn

• 5/1: Burglary was reported at the 1700 block of Morris Avenue

• 5/1: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at the 900 block of Decatur Highway

• 5/1: Carrying a pistol without a permit was reported at the parking lot of Super 8 Motel

• 5/1: Theft from a public building (cell phone) was reported at the Fultondale High School gym

• 5/2: Possession of synthetic narcotics and public drunkenness was reported at Walker Chapel Road

• 5/2: Criminal mischief was reported at Genesis Total Solutions

• 5/4: Burglary, larceny of a residence (car, house keys and U.S. currency) was reported at the 1200 block of Wilson Way



Fultondale arrests

• 4/29: A Fultondale man, 48, was arrested on charges of possessing a controlled substance at the 2900 block of Walker Chapel Road

• 5/2: A Gardendale man, 49, was arrested on charges of possessing synthetic narcotics at the 3200 block of Walker Chapel Road



Morris incidents

• 4/28: Domestic violence 3rd was reported at the 8300 block of Franklin Street

• 4/29: Property damage was reported at the 8400 block of Warwick Drive

• 4/30: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance was reported at Hwy. 31 and Sardis Road

• 5/1: Suicide was reported at the 8300 block of Franklin Street



Morris arrests

• 4/27: A Birmingham man, 40, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at the 8000 block of Triple Creek Circle

• 4/27: A Birmingham man, 43, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing 3rd at Hwy. 31 and Old Hwy. 31

• 4/28: A Hayden man, 40, was arrested on charges of domestic violence 3rd and harassment at Morris City Jail

• 4/30: A Mt. Olive man, 39, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) at Hwy. 31 and Sardis Road
