• 4/21: Shoplifting was reported at Best Buy at 3453 Lowery Parkway

• 4/22: Domestic violence was reported at Jet Pep at 100 Walker Chapel Road

• 4/22: Robbery, assault was reported in the 2000 block of Courtland Drive

• 4/24: Theft from residence was reported in the 2000 block of Elkwood Drive

• 4/24: Theft from a residence was reported in the 900 block of Woodfield Circle

• 4/24: Shoplifting was reported at Payless Shoes at 3477 Lowery Parkway

• 4/25: Burglary and robbery were reported in the 1200 block of WIlson Way

• 4/26: Burglary was reported in the 700 block of Decatur Highway

• 4/27: Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 2800 block of Walker Street



Fultondale Arrests

• 4/20: A Gardendale man, 44, was arrested on charges of public drunkenness at the Taco Bell Shell

• 4/21: An Adamsville woman, 67, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Best Buy

• 4/22: A Homewood man, 30, was arrested on charges of domestic violence at Jet Pep

• 4/20: Assault was reported at Wal-Mart

• 4/20: Theft of property was reported in the 1600 block of Magnolia Street

• 4/20: Theft of property was reported at Food World

• 4/20: Theft of property was reported in the 1300 block of Columbia Avenue

• 4/21: Burglary was reported in the 200 block of English Village Circle

• 4/22: Robbery was reported at the Northgate Shopping Center

• 4/24: Receiving stolen property was reported at 301 Fieldstown Road

• 4/24: Theft of property was reported at 1040 Main Street

• 4/24: Theft of property was reported at 857 Main Street

• 4/24: Domestic violence was reported in the 400 block of Park Street

• 4/25: Attempted burglary was reported in the 300 block of Woodbrook Drive

• 4/25: Theft of property was reported in the 200 block of Rebecca Drive

• 4/26: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Catherine Court

• 4/26: Domestic violence was reported in the 1400 block of Chapel Ridge Drive



Gardendale Arrests

• 4/20: A Gardendale woman, 60, was arrested on charges of assault at the Gardendale City Jail

• 4/20: A Gardendale man, 50, was arrested on charges of domestic violence at 4th Street and Florida Avenue in Birmingham

• 4/24: A Gardendale woman, 27, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 1040 Main Street

• 4/24: A Gardendale woman, 30 was arrested on charges of domestic violence in the 400 block of Park Street



Morris Incidents

• 4/20: Public lewdness was reported at Metro Mart

• 4/21: Domestic violence 3rd was reported at the 8600 block of Shady Acres

• 4/21: Unauthorized possession of marijuana and unauthorized possession of prescription drugs was reported at Old Hwy. 31 and the Mortimer Jordan High School parking lot

• 4/25: Theft of property 3rd (billfold, driver license) and unauthorized breaking into and entering a vehicle was reported at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road

• 4/25: Burglary and theft of property (firearm, scope) was reported at the 8700 block of Mulvehill Road

• 4/26: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) was reported at Old Hwy. 31 and Crane Street

• 4/26: Unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd was reported at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road

• 4/27: Burglary and theft of property was reported at the 8300 block of Mulvehill Road



Morris Arrests

• 4/20: A Morris man, 33, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia at Hwy. 31 and Morris Manor Drive

• 4/21: A Gardendale man, 46, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at Hwy. 31 at the city limits

• 4/21: A Kimberly man, 30, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana and illegal possession of prescription drugs at Old Hwy. 31

• 4/24: A Morris man, 62, was arrested on charges of DUI at the 1400 block of Morris-Majestic Road

• 4/25: A Warrior man, 46, was arrested on charges of DUI at I65 mile marker 278

• 4/26: A Mt. Olive man, 39, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance at Crane Street and Old Hwy. 31

• 4/26: A Warrior woman, 18, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd at the 8500 b lock of Old Sardis Road

• 4/26: A Morris man, 18, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana 2nd at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road

Kimberly incidents

• 4/22: Theft of property 2nd (dishwasher, pool sweeper, concrete blocks, fish, garbage cans) was reported at the 9400 block of Mosley Loop

• 4/25: Theft of property 2nd (pistol) was reported at the 8900 block of Pine Trail
