• Hap-py birthday greetings go to Diana Crittenden on May 8, Mardel Berry on May 11 and Chester Hallmark on May 12. Hope all of you have a great birthday.
• The Warrior alumni reunion was a great success. Ellen Cox came from Georgia to receive a plaque to honor her mother, Mrs. Lucille Williams, who was my second-grade teacher from 1938-1939. It was my honor to present Ellen with plaque. The class of 1939 had three to be honored.
• The first Sunday of May, Mt. Zion Baptist Church will have their Decoration Day.
