The following incidents and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson police agencies for the week of March 30-April 6, 2009:



Fultondale Incidents

• 3/31: Theft of vehicle parts was reported at the 100 Oaks Trailer Park

• 3/31: An apparent accidental death was reported in the 2800 block of Rose Arbor Circle

• 4/1: Burglary from a residence was reported in the 2200 block of Ridgebrook Road

• 4/3: Auto theft was reported at Offroad Connection

• 4/4: Larceny, theft from residence was reported in the 1700 block of Main Street



Fultondale Arrests

• 3/30: A Birmingham man, 29, was arrested on charges of DUI at Winn-Dixie

• 3/31: A Fultondale man, 19, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property in the 700 block of Pinehill Road

• 4/3: A Wyoming, Michigan man, 18, was arrested on charges of theft of property in the 3400 block of Lowery Parkway



Gardendale Incidents

• 3/30: Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Decatur Highway and the Morris city limits

• 3/31: Theft of property (chainsaw blades) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 3/31: Domestic violence was reported in the 6100 block of Windy Oaks Lane

• 4/1: Theft of property (magazine and vitamins) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 4/1: Theft of property was reported in the 100 block of Elm Street

• 4/2: Theft of property (home drug test) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 4/3: Domestic violence was reported in the 200 block of Ardella Circle

• 4/3: A domestic incident was reported in the 2200 block of Pike Street

• 4/5: Theft of property (cigarettes) was reported at 430 Fieldstown Road



Gardendale Arrests

• 3/30: A Birmingham man, 32, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription on U.S. 31 North and Church Street

• 3/31: A transient woman, 37, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 3/31: A Gardendale woman, 49, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 3/31: A Dora woman, 23, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 4/1: A Gardendale woman, 55, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart

• 4/3: A Hayden man, 40, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct at 1105 Main Street

• 4/5: A Birmingham woman, 25, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Stouts Road at the Fultondale City Limits

• 4/5: A Bessemer woman, 45, was arrested on charges of theft of property at 2100 block of Decatur Highway



Kimberly incidents

No incidents were reported



Kimberly arrests

• 4/3: A Kimberly man was arrested for public intoxication on Kelly Drive

• 4/4: A Holly Pond woman was arrested for public intoxication at Kimberly Town Hall



Morris incidents

• 4/4: Unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Morris-Majestic Road and Kimberly Cut-off Road



Morris arrests

No arrests were reported



Warrior incidents

• 3/30: Theft of property shoplifting (attempt) was reported at Movie Gallery

• 3/31: An unclassified death (canoe accident) was reported at the Warrior River near the Church Street bridge

• 4/2: Theft of property (motorcycle) was reported at the 600 block of Mabel Drive

• 4/4: Damaged property (car window) was reported at the 300 block of Cherokee Trail



Warrior arrests

• 3/31: An Empire woman, 42, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of prescription drugs at Warrior Police Department

• 4/1: An Amory, Miss., man, 28, was arrested on charges of DUI and reckless endangerment at the 300 block of Cane Creek Road

• 4/2: A Cullman man, 45, was arrested on charges of DUI at Wayne’s Package Store

• 4/4: A Warrior man, 60, was arrested on charges of menacing and DUI at Wayne’s Package Store
