• April 10 is National Sibling Day.

• Happy anniversary to Greg and Rene McCombs on April 9 and Russell and Allie Newfield on April 10.

• Happy birthday to: Jessica Jenkins on April 5; Chase Boatright, Trevor Hill and Lynn Sullins on April 7; Yvonne Young on April 9; and Caleb Mosley on April 10. I hope you all have wonderful birthdays.

• April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Child Abuse Awareness Month and National Kite Month. What fun it is to fly a kite. It’s been awhile since I have indulged in that experience. I should go get a kite and have some fun. What about you?
