Helicopter to drop Easter eggs

The Great Egg Drop will take place April 4 on Mount Olive Road, two miles west of I-65. The eggs will be stuffed with candy and many of them with certificates for prizes from local merchants. All kids are welcome! For more information call 631-4525 or visit www.church2911.com.
• We want to wish a very happy 22nd birthday to my sister-in-law, Maria Tesseneer, on March 26.
• Representatives from the class of ’68 invite all alumni to join them in this organizational meeting to be held March 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the Gardendale Civic Center in the Magnolia Room. • The North Arts Council will be having their spring arts and crafts show at the Gardendale Civic Center. There will be extended hours on March 27 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and March 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you would like to have a both, contact Angie Doss after 7 p.m. at 681-8028.
• Mt. High Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad will have a general membership and community meeting at the Skyline Drive Station 1 on Monday at 7 p.m. All members of this community are encouraged to attend. Refreshments will follow the meeting.
