The following incidents and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson police agencies for the week of March 9-March 16, 2009:
Fultondale Incidents
• 3/9: Cruelty to animals was reported in the 3000 block of New Castle Road
• 3/9: Illegal possession and use of a credit card was reported at Jack’s in the Walker Chapel Plaza
• 3/10: Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of Chapel Creek Lane
• 3/12: Identity theft was reported in the 110 block of Stoneybrook Lane
• 3/12: Harassment was reported at the Homefield Sports Bar on Decatur Highway
Fultondale arrests
There were no arrests reported
Gardendale Incidents
• 3/9: A domestic incident was reported in the 900 block of Absher Street
• 3/9: A dog bite was reported in the 1100 block of Meadow Drive
• 3/10: Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Fieldstown Road and Interstate 65
• 3/10: Theft of property (clothing) was reported at Wal-Mart
• 3/10: Unlawful possession of marijuana was reported at High Gate Apartments
• 3/11: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported in the 3900 block of Willow Bend Drive
• 3/11: Theft of property (miscellaneous items) was reported at Wal-Mart
• 3/11: A domestic dispute was reported in the 200 block of Tarrant Road
• 3/11: Theft of property (various DVDs) and shoplifting was reported at Wal-Mart
• 3/11: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property was reported in the 4400 block of Willow Bend Drive
• 3/12: Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported in the 900 block of Decatur Highway
• 3/12: Public lewdness was reported in the 900 block of Decatur Highway
• 3/12: Burglary and theft of property was reported in the 400 block of Main Street
• 3/13: Theft of property (cell phone) was reported at Wal-Mart
• 3/13: Domestic violence was reported in the 300 block of Day Street
• 3/14: Unauthorized use of a vehicle was reported in the 200 block of Howard Drive
• 3/14: Possession of a forged instrument was reported at Wal-Mart
• 3/15: Theft of property (clothing, photo paper) was reported at Wal-Mart
• 3/15: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported in the 500 block of Fieldstown Road
• 3/15: Domestic violence, harassment was reported in the 700 block of Country Club Trail
Gardendale Arrests
• 3/10: A Birmingham man, 36, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Fieldstown Road at Interstate 65
• 3/10: A Hayden man, 26, was arrested on charges of unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on Fieldstown Road at Interstate 65
• 3/10: A Warrior woman, 24, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia at Fieldstown Road and Interstate 65
• 3/10: A Birmingham woman was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart
• 3/10: A Gardendale man, 28, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana at High Gate Apartments
• 3/11: A Warrior man, 60, was arrested on charges of DUI on Interstate 65 at mile marker 272
• 3/11: A Hayden woman, 27, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart
• 3/11: A Morris woman, 37, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart
• 3/12: Two Birmingham men, both aged 20, were arrested on charges of receiving stolen property in the Regions Bank Parking lot on Decatur Highway
• 3/12: A Gardendale man, 25, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Decatur Highway
• 3/15: A Warrior woman, 31, was arrested on charges of theft of property at Wal-Mart
Morris incidents
• 3/9: Theft of property (a bicycle) was reported at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road
• 3/10: Unauthorized possession of controlled substance was reported at U.S. Hwy. 31 and Morris-Majestic Road
• 3/11: Lost or stolen property (a pistol) was reported at an unknown location
• 3/11: Unauthorized possession of marijuana was reported at Stouts Road and Crane Street
• 3/12: Reckless endangerment and harassment was reported at Morris Manor Apartments
• 3/12: Harassment was reported at Morris Manor Apartments
• 3/14: Destruction of jail property by an inmate and criminal mischief 3rd/failure to comply was reported at the Morris City Jail
• 3/14: Unlawful breaking and entering an auto and criminal mischief was reported at Doss Drugs
• 3/15: Theft was reported at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road’
• 3/15: Willful violation of a protection order was reported at the 400 block of Wood Drive
Morris arrests
• 3/9: A Birmingham man, 40, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence at Doss Hollow Road and Turkey Creek
• 3/10: A Morris woman, 31, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription drugs at Morris Majestic Road and Mosley Loop
• 3/10: A Warrior man, 36, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance on U.S. Hwy. 31 and Morris Majestic Road
• 3/10: A Warrior woman, 53, was arrested on two charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance at U.S. Hwy. 31 and Morris Majestic Road
• 3/14: A Hoover man, 24, was arrested on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor at Interstate 65 and the 275 mile marker
Kimberly incidents
• 3/9: A dog attack was reported at the 900 block of Mark Ryan Drive
• 3/12: Breaking and entering an automobile and theft were reported at the 300 block of Kelly Drive
Kimberly arrests

Warrior incidents
• 3/9: A violation of Safe Streets Act was reported at U.S. Hwy. 31 and Cane Creek Road
• 3/9: Assault was reported at the 500 block of Poplar Street
• 3/11: A natural death was reported at the 1000 block of Main Street
• 3/11: Theft or property (jewelry) was reported at the 100 block of Dana Road
• 3/12: Harassment was reported at U.S. Hwy. 31 and Yeager
• 3/12: Criminal mischief was reported at the 100 block of Louisa Street
• 3/15: Burglary and assault was reported at the 60 block of Helen Street
• 3/15: A domestic incident was reported at the 60 block of Helen Street
Warrior arrests
