Happy anniversary to Daryl and Heather Shaver on March 3.

• Don’t forget that the sixth annual 2009 Winter Wonderland Dance with Edd Jones Band is tonight. If you don’t have plans, just make your way to the Gardendale Civic Center for a good time of dancing and music.

• Pineywood Baptist Church will celebrate their homecoming on Sunday. Worship will be at 10:30 a.m., lunch will be at noon, with a time of singing in the afternoon at 1:30 p.m. with Sacred Harvest providing the special music.

• All seniors are invited to be with North Gardendale Baptist Church on March 3 at 10:30 a.m. in the Family Life Center. Special guest singers will be Harold Freeman and his group. Enjoy good singing, lunch and fellowship. For more information call Marie Johnson at 631-4592.

• The 10 year old G-Force baseball team will be having a yard sale on March 7 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Shoney’s in Gardendale. This is a good opportunity to get a great deal and help out the kids in this community.
