The following incidents and arrest reports were provided by north Jefferson police agencies for the week of Feb. 9-16, 2009:



FULTONDALE INCIDENTS

• 2/12: Theft was reported at Taco Bell at 1709 Decatur Hwy.

• 2/12: Simple assault was reported in the 3300 block of Lowery Parkway

• 2/13: Auto burglary was reported in the 3000 block of Walker Chapel Road

GARDENDALE INCIDENTS

• 2/9: Theft of property was reported in the 600 block of Fieldstown Road

• 2/9: Theft of property (computer, garbage bags) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/10: Attempted burglary was reported in the 2400 block of Decatur Highway

• 2/10: Theft of property (various food items, beer) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/10: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and DUI was reported at Tarrant Road and Teresa Drive

• 2/10: Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of Garrison Road

• 2/10: A domestic incident was reported in the 4200 block of Sierra Way

• 2/11: Domestic violence was reported in the 4200 block of Bellflower Circle

• 2/11: Theft of property (misc. women’s lingerie) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/12: A domestic incident and trespass warning was reported in the 1600 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 2/12: Theft of property (jewelry items) was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/12: Theft of property was reported at Gardendale High School

• 2/12: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/12: Burglary and theft of property was reported in the 600 block of Chapel Ridge Drive

• 2/12: A domestic incident was reported in the 1500 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 2/13: Unlawful possession of prescription drugs and giving false information was reported at Fieldstown Road and Interstate 65

• 2/14: Harassment was reported in the 600 block of Gayle Street

• 2/14: Theft of property was reported at Wal-Mart

KIMBERLY INCIDENTS

2/2: Four break-ins were reported on or around Bill Jones Road involving three cars and Kimberly United Methodist Church

2/2: A dog bite was reported on Bailey Loop Road



KIMBERLY ARREST

2/13: A Kimberly man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct on Kelly Drive



MORRIS INCIDENTS

2/2: A domestic incident was reported at the 8500 block of Old Sardis Road

2/4: Unauthorized possession of marijuana was reported at Interstate 65 and mile marker 278

2/5: Unauthorized possession of prescription drugs and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 8200 block of 4th Ave. S

2/6: Domestic violence was reported at the 8000 block of Triple Creek Circle

2/7: Attempt to elude police officer was reported at the 600 block of Westland Lane

2/9: Unauthorized manufacturing of controlled substance was reported at the 8200 block of 4th Ave. S

2/11: Assault was reported at the 8600 block of Driftwood Avenue

2/13: Theft of property was reported at the 600 block of Reno Drive

2/13: Criminal littering was reported at the 600 block of Glenwood Road

2/13: Unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Interstate 65 and mile marker 278

2/15: Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property was reported at the 8600 block of Old Hwy. 31



MORRIS ARRESTS

2/2: A Morris man, 40, was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized manufacture of a controlled substance, unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized possession of prescription drugs at the 8200 block of 4th Ave. S

2/9: A Morris man, 40, and a Kimberly woman, 29, were arrested on charges of unauthorized manufacture of a controlled substance at the 8200 block of 4th Ave. S

2/15: A Gardendale woman, 22; Gardendale man, 42; and Fultondale woman, 32, were arrested on charges of theft of property and unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle at Main Street and Handley Road in Gardendale



WARRIOR INCIDENTS

2/9: Unauthorized possession of marijuana and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 500 block of Hwy. 31

2/9: Counterfeit money ($10 bill) was reported at McDonalds

2/10: Theft of property (bicycle) was reported at the 600 block of Hwy. 31 S

2/11: Criminal mischief was reported at the 800 block of Center Street

2/11: Harassing communications was reported at the 100 block of Center Street

2/12: Theft of property (shoplifting) was reported at the 800 block of Louise Street

2/13: Trespass warning was reported at the 400 block of Arkadelphia Road

2/16: Theft of property (U.S. currency) was reported at Taco Bell



WARRIOR ARREST

2/16: An Alexander City man, 35, was arrested on charges of failure to appear, driving with license revoked at the Homewood Police Department
