The following incidents and arrests occurred between Jan. 31 and Feb. 9, 2009.



Fultondale Incidents

• 2/4: Counterfeit bills were reported at Winn-Dixie

• 2/5: An auto theft was reported in the 2100 block of Sun Circle

• 2/5: Possession of cocaine and marijuana were reported at U.S. 31 and 47th Avenue North in BIrmingham



Fultondale Arrests

• 2/5 Two men were arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance at U.S. 31 and 47th Avenue North in Birmingham



Gardendale Incidents

• 1/31: Theft of property of various items was reported at Wal-Mart at 890 Odum Road

• 1/31: Theft of a television was reported at Wal-Mart

• 1/31: A missing juvenile was reported in the 300 block of Woodbrook Drive

• 1/31: Theft of property was reported in the 2200 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 2/1: Theft of property was reported in the 1300 block of Decatur Highway

• 2/1: A burglary attempt was reported in the 100 block of Tarrant Road

• 2/1: Theft of property was reported in the 1400 block of Ironwood Street

• 2/1: Theft of property (prescription drugs) was reported in the 1200 block of Mt. Olive Road

• 2/1: Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle was reported in the 6000 block of Misty Pines Way

• 2/2: Identity theft was reported in the 300 block of Echols Road

• 2/3: Identity theft was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/3: Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported in the 700 block of Country Club Trail

• 2/3: Theft of property was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/4: Theft of property was reported in the 300 block of Donna Drive

• 2/4: Theft of property of various items was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/4: Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Wal-Mart

• 2/5: Burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Grubbs Avenue

• 2/5: Theft of property of two cell phones was reported at Wal-Mart



Gardendale Arrests

Arrest reports were not available from the Gardendale Police Department



Warrior Incidents

• 1/31: Theft of property ($300 cash) was reported in the 200 block of Cane Creek Road

• 1/31: Domestic violence was reported in the 600 block of Poplar Street

• 2/2: Burglary was reported at Cars for Less

• 2/3: A trespassing warning was given in the 600 block of Pecan Street

• 2/4: Trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at the 80 block of Helen Street

• 2/6 Domestic violence was reported at the 600 block of Highland Avenue

• 2/7: Unlawful use of facsimile of official ID card was reported in the 500 block of U.S. Hwy. 31



Warrior Arrests

• 2/1: A 33-year-old Hartselle man was arrested on charges of illegal possession of prescription drugs, possessing drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of marijuana at Wayne’s Package Store.

• 2/4: A 54-year-old Warrior woman was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, assault, and obstructing government operations at the 1000 block of Oak Street

• 2/7: A 27-year-old Pell City man was arrested on charges of escape, unlawful use of a facsimile of official ID card, unauthorized possession of marijuana and resisting arrest at the 700 block of Hwy. 31



Kimberly

There were no arrests or incidents reported in Kimberly from Jan. 31 to Feb. 9



Morris Incidents

• 2/3: Enticing a child using an electronic device and transmitting obscene material to a child was reported at the 600 block of Maderia Circle

• 2/4: Unauthorized possession of marijuana was reported at Interstate 65 at mile marker 278

• 2/5: Unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia and unauthorized possession of prescription drugs was reported at the 8000 block of Fourth Avenue South

• 2/6: Domestic violence was reported at the 8000 block of Triple Creek Circle

• 2/7 Attempt to elude a police officer was reported at the 600 block of Westland Lane

• 2/9 A death investigation was conducted at the 8000 block of Riverbend Road



Morris Arrests

• 2/5: A 40-year-old Morris man was arrested on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of prescription drugs

• 2/1: A 20-year-old Pinson man was arrested on charges of DUI
