Garden tip: If you save your own seed, place them on a paper towel one seed at a time — this makes your own seed tape. Cut out the strips as you start to plant next year. Also, it is time to mulch your rose plants since it has turned cold.

• Happy birthday greetings to: Renee’ Mikell on Nov. 15; Jennifer Roberts on Nov. 16; and to Jerry Green on Nov. 17. I hope you all have a great year!

• If you have pictures of your graduating class, we need for you to get in touch with Ray Trotter at 647-3743. The pictures that hung in the hall were removed years ago. The alumni club is replacing and restoring the pictures to place in the hall of Warrior School. We are looking for the years: 1939, 1942, 1949, 1951, 1963, 1964, 1966, 1967, 1970 through 1978 and 1980 through 1992. If you have a copy of your annual and picture of the graduating class of these years, please call with the information. We have not heard from anyone about this question, so please call Ray.

• There will be a singing at New Bethel Baptist Church on Warrior-Jasper Road on Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. Gary Creel will pastor and “The Proclaimers” will sing. Everyone is welcome, if you need more information, call Mrs. Lundy at 647-9148

• Continue to pray for our country and for our troops that are in harms way.
